This was probably the worst experience ever . I wouldn't ever recommend this dealership to anyone especially if you're out of state.

I purchased a vehicle a little over 2 months making my second payment and only drove it for a month. Why ? Bc these people don't know how to register a car . I've been without a car for going onto 3weeks and what they try to sale me on was a extentions letter for my exp. Temp Plates in NY that doesn't go well ..So instead of dealing with getting pulled over and court bull I put my car to the side.. not the salesman who is clueless or the owner returned my 30 phone calls and 15msgs..all I was asking from them is to remburst me for the days I paided for a cab this wasn't my fault at all...unbelievable. ..I still have no plates and all of sudden now their missing paperwork or paperwork not correct (that's should've been done the moment I left the dealership not 2 months later) ...I'm still struggling to get in contact with the right person but apparently no one gives a F...still no plates , no feedback, not even a email.


Worst place to buy a car ...save your money and the headaches. .and fine a reliable place because this one isn't believe it.

Bear with me please, this is going to be a long one, but if you don't want to be cheated please read this.

March 26th I financed my first car, and they saw an inexperienced young woman. Immediately I was taken advantage of by a shark named Pat (finance dept). The car I was purchasing was advertised online at $8988 after signing all the paperwork the last thing they made me sign was the bill of sale where the selling price was listed as $9600. I get home go through my paperwork and realize this mistake.
Upon speaking to Pat I was told that the extra $612 dollars in the selling price was a fee the bank charged them for my loan since I had bad credit. I spoke with the bank and they said they don't charge extra fees so whatever is written in the contract is what it is.
I then read the contract word for word.. again and still found nothing stating about this extra fee. Pat had told me he cant break it out individually like the other fees that were listed, because it was illegal. Well if it was illegal then I shouldn't be charged for it period. That's their fee not mine. I pay the 16% interest for my bad credit.
Well the car they sold me had issues so they had me sign a we owe you kind of thing. They had the car for 2 weeks when i picked up the car from being serviced I spoke to Pat again. Where I recorded him with my voice recorder app. He told me the same thing as the first time.
When I told him what the bank said he told me that they aren't going to tell me about the "hidden" fee
As soon as I told Pat I was going to consult my lawyer he immediately became defensive. Screaming at me that he doesn't want any unhappy customers so come back Monday where I will be given my $4000 back.
Did that got my refund, gave them their car back. I spoke to the bank and the dealership about what I myself had to do to get the loan removed from my credit report.
I was told to do nothing the dealer ship would rewind the sale, and deal with the bank directly.
Fast forward to today and the bank is telling me that I owe $490 for non payment.
This is incredible, and if it doesn't get taken care of I'm going to end up suing Sunrise Motors Inc. because I refuse to pay for a car that I don't have.
BEWARE when dealing with Sunrise.

The entire process was smooth and easy. Henry, our salesman, was extremely helpful as was everyone in financing.

friendly people however poor service and efficiency throughout the process of buying the car and after the car was purchased.

At sunrise I received a great effort to find the car I was looking for with the help of Mike and Christina. Definetly going back there for my next vehicle !

I was very pleased with the professionalism provided by everyone in the dealership. I was there for a short period of time and drove out with my vehicle. I purchased a Camry from Sunrise motor on rt46 south Hackensack NJ. The most wonderful staff . I made my appointment with Tara ext 110. All around great experience from beginning to end. If ever in the market for car i will definitely be coming back. Again great experience and great job to everyone especially with customer service! !!!

I was so pleased with the service from Sunrise Motors in South Hackensack, NJ, Christina along with Ehab helped me so much with the purchase of my new car! They worked with me every step of the way to make sure, I was satisfied with the purchase of my new vehicle!

The whole entire staff was courteous and professional, even the finance guy Pat, helped secure my loan and purchase! The General Manager does all of the leg work which is awesome, I really think that shows how interested Sunrise Motors is in pleasing there customers/clients.

I will definitely be back at Sunrise Motors for my next purchase, but first I'll just enjoy my new SUV!

Aside from the finance manager putting together a good deal for me, within the monthly price range I was comfortable with, I would never recommend anyone to come here and purchase a vehicle. I bought my car Jan 19th 2016, it's almost 2 months later and still no response from Christina who sold me the car or Barbara who handles accounting regarding being reimbursed for a bad battery that was sold with the car. Proof of the battery test from the dealership along with receipt of purchased new battery was provided to both who never followed up with me on the matter to advise whether or not they will honor my request. It's bad business to leave a customer hanging and for that reason, I will never send business to Sunrise Motors. Next stop BBB.

Everyone I dealt with was professional and I will tell all my friends about Sunrise Motors!

After having the vehicle for 6 months I realized what a mistake I made purchasing it from these scum bags. I recently had a fender bender with this vehicle and I brought it to a reputable body shop in the area. My insurance company called me and said, "I have some bad news for you." Whoever did the body work on this vehicle really did a botched job and it is going to cost me an additional $2100 to fix the damage. They didn't paint the frame and structure of the vehicle and now there is a hole in the body and rust inside the wheel well, which was covered and only discovered by the body shop. This accident was not reported on the CarFax, nor disclosed to me when purchasing the car.

I texted my sales person, Christina informing her and got no response. Then I called her and it went to voicemail. Typical for snakes I guess; they don't have fingers to answer their phones. I then told her that I was coming to the establishment and I needed to speak to a manager. I told Pat about the damage and that I know it is the dealer's job to lie about vehicles; well this set this ogre off. He used his massive size and boisterous voice to try to intimidate me by screaming and cursing at me like I was garbage. NEVER have I ever been treated like this by an adult, nevermind by somewhere I was a customer. He said he never lied to me throughout the entire deal.

Well Fatso, here's ONE OF the lies. The car was advertised at $13,988 and you said because of my credit situation there would be an acquisition fee. In YOUR words "We are not paying the acquisition fee, you are." You upped the price to $16,500 and said that the acquisition fee was included in this; then you Snakes charged me a $395 increase fee, forced me to purchase a $1,900 warranty and $799 GAP insurance. I called the bank, which by the way is Prestige Financial Services, and spoke to Diana Loveless, my loan officer. I asked her what the acquisition fee was and she said that it was the $395. Well, what happened to the $13,988? Why did you up my purchase by $2687.84? This is the difference in the cost of the vehicle, plus NJ Sales Tax. I guess someone that size needs a lot of food to support their tiny neanderthal brains and massive black hearts.

Moral of the story, These people are snakes, scam artists, shysters, literally the scum of the earth. DO NOT purchase anything from them. DO NOT give them your money. I tried to have them make good and I went in with an open mind, but this LIAR got offended when I called him out. I now have to take legal action and pray for the best.

I walked out during my first 10 minutes at the dealership. I was insulted by the offer on my car. If it was not for the young lady in the front office I would have never purchased the car. She called me and asked that I return. From there, a deal was made.
Once we got to an acceptable number, the salesman was very good. The car is very nice.

Very courteous people.

I felt like I was amongst friendly, caring and very honest people. They greeted me very polite and explain the whole paper work with patiences and at the same time professionalism. I would recommend everybody who wants to buy a car to come here to sunrise motors, because the car search stops here!
