Great product, but shipping took 10 days.

Normally a 5 star experience. Not this order. You're website is messed up. Everything isn't showing up and buttons aren't working. It changed my postal to 2 day air after I checked 3 times that it was basic mail. $35 shipping and I didn't get it for over a week. I couldn't report it or contact you because the website is messed up. I received my product and the gummies are different sizes and the grape looks gray.

Took over 3 weeks to get my order.

Order took over a week to arrive even though I'm in the same county. Not typically had this issue so not a huge deal. Don't know what's going on but potency on the 25mg is definitely suspicious. Had 2 10mg D9 from another brand (it only contained D9) and it had significantly stronger effects than the 25mg of these ones. So thats strange but could be bust me. A more serious issues is the does labeling of the product. More honest dose description would be 20mg even by your own lab tests. Results are 22,17,23, and 25mg D9 depending on flavor. This averages to 21.5mg per result. The 23 and 25 lab tests are also suspicious being right at the .3% limit. The 23 results from Stawberry (D9LR0523S) imply an illegal product if it was 25mg as advertised unless the gummies increased weight.

I suffer from Anxiety. These gummies bring me to a level of content and mental peace. You ship products on a timely manner. Pricing is an extreme issue. Many companies gouge customers. Your pricing is fair and loyal to quantity packaging. This is just my second order, and I will be a repeat customer. You guys knock it out of the ballpark! ! !

Web site is clear in the way the product is manufactured, the dosage, and pricing. Easy to understand. Product is of high quality.

I got an email stating my order had shipped. It hadn't. I called after 8 days, to inquire and was told they would look into it and call me back. They didn't. Same thing 2 days later. On the third call they offered to ship different products to which I agreed. The original order came today. This was a subscription order, so they should be able to anticipate better than this. On the bright side, the products are great!

Order made on Monday did ship until Friday or Monday. After 4 months my account has not been restored.
