Honestly i had to cancel the rug because of the size i did not realize when i ordered for the second time i ordered the same one in a panic i contacted customer service by email they responded almost immediately when i wrote what my problem was, they cancelled the order for me no questions asked what great customer service i could have not been happier other business would have said sorry order already shipped but not Super Area rugs. Thank you for going above and beyond

I bought a set of these rugs two years ago from Wayfair. I needed 2 more and Wayfair doesn't seem to carry them any more. Thank goodness I found them on your site, with even more selection choices. Love these rugs!

I really like this rug. I have a red and white kitchen and this goes perfectly. I started with a smaller one but I liked it so much that I bought a larger one. I have 4 cats and 2 of them have used it for their claws with NO pulled strings! It’s soft and easy to clean!

I can't say enough great things about my first (will definitely be back) and initial experience with this company! Not only is the rug beautiful, and exactly what I was looking for, but the customer service was beyond excellent. I was in a situation where I had to be out of town unexpectedly and wasn't sure I would be able to find someone to bring the rug into my house while I was gone. I reached out to Randy and explained the situation and he was able to expedite the production and shipping of my rug so that I received it before I had to leave town. Very happy customer here!
