I have ordered a book through this companies ebay site, however within 5 minutes of placing the order i realised that i didn't want the book as the confirmation email stated that it would take too long to arrive, so i requested to cancel the order , 3 days later I receive a response on ebay messages saying that the cancelation can not happen as it took too long to request it, if 5 minutes is too long i would love to know how fast i should have been , very poor from this company, i wont be ordering from them again as they are obviously not to be trusted, also i wouldnt want to return the book to them as again i wouldnt trust them to refund me. i would say avoid them at all costs.

Advertising and sales websites where you advertise sales for books, such as Ebay and Amazon, are deleting your fraudulent website, and are taking legal action to refund all customers that have put trust in a paid transaction, for products you don't supply. Serious legal complaints have been made about the deception 'superbookdeals1' uses to deceive buyers who have paid in full, for products you fail to send. Customers have paid in full and put trust in your company, where you have taken payment from them. Recieving no reply, or no product they've purchased from your company. This is legally known as fraud. It is a criminal offence. Punishable in a court of law, if no refunds or products ordered, are not sent or retrieved. No replies are given or recieved by superbookdeals1.com, after making numerous attempts to contact the company, to make inquiries into items purchased, that are never received. No legal method of a full refund is given by this deceptive fraudulent company, also.
Accepting payment for a legal transaction, for products you fraudulently advertise, is a "criminal offence" and will be dealt with in a court of law, under the consumer rights act, currently in progress, taking legal action at present against your company. An appalling dishonest company and service. Also a criminal offences under fraudulent advertising. Individual fake companies who use deception are recorded and advertised as theft. After taking payment for no products. Disgusting individuals who choose to seek employment or are responsible for creating fake websites, accounts and false tracking websites are advertised as thieves. They are registered as criminals. Sickening and sad employees, tend to have no intention or interest in life, or honest gainful and helpful employment. Deceiving trusting consumers. Taking a cash payment fraudulently, they become criminal theives. Legal action has been taken and is in progress, with the consumer rights act. EBay and Amazon are in the process of removing and blocking any advertising you create. Also any further accounts under a different business name, that have your IP address.

Fake tracking number that doesn't update. Replacement book promised but new tracking number isn't provided and book never arrives. Avoid

Unethical - misrepresentation of inventory. I placed an order for 7 books (through Amazon). After 15 days SuperBookDeals admitted they didn't have the inventory and couldn't ship.

I usually do not leave bad reviews about booksellers and any issues are always solved in a satisfactory manner for both parties. Well, not with superbookdeals so I suppose there is always a first time!
Submitted my order to Superbookdeals on 10/19. After contacting the customer support several times for several weeks, on 11/14 I received
an email with the order cancellation. The cancelled book was relisted on the superbookdeals website and on other online marketplaces for a higher amount.
After contacting customer support and receiving automatic email responses that disregard my request for a refund, until 12/17 I am still waiting for a refund.
At this point I lost hope to get my refund back so I wanted to warn other potential buyers of staying away from this fraudulent company.

Superbookdeals sells on Abe's Books. They state delivery in 4-14 days when in fact it is closer to a month or more. To top it off they shipped a collectable book in a thin plastic bag with absolutely no protection no bubble wrap, nothing. I opened the plastic bag and, sure enough, the top and bottom corners of the front of the book were dented and damaged beyond repair. I've never seen a lack of packaging in shipping of anything and I've been purchasing collectable books and other valuable items for over 40 years. AND...they ship via OSM: the worst shipping company in America. Just google OSM Shipping and read the terrible reviews. If you can't ship in a timely fashion, at least pack an item before shipping. They should be out of business by now. I could follow up with Abe's books and let them know about this under-performing "seller". And...Superbookdeals did not even provide a working tracking number!

Awful so called company.
They don't send or communicate with you and I will be getting ebay involved.

Been trying to get my $804.00 refund for books that I never received. Total nightmare. Stay far away from them.

These people are drop-shippers, they hold no physical inventory and can't tell you anything at all about individual copies of the books they are pretending to have in stock.
They take an eternity to deliver things, their packaging is very poor and their customer service is among the rudest and most confrontational I have ever encountered.
Their quickest delivery was five weeks and that arrived damp-warped, as you might expect after a month in a thin plastic bag (not even a proper booksleeve).
Save yourself the hassle and go to a proper bookshop, because this "bookshop" is a complete fake, they have no actual books and they certainly don't give a damn about their customers, or 'victims' as we prefer to call ourselves.

I agree with the other reviews, a promised delivery date moves back every few days becoming meaningless. Either give a realistic date or say you deliver one day on a whim. what an appalling way to run a service.

Appalling company to deal with, ordered book through Amazon, no tracking number and allegedly sent by Australia Post. No response to emails at all. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Items do not arrive and getting refund even with Amazon a-z cover a nightmare. Reviews on Amazon are not from verified accounts and are very similar....maybe Amazon will delist them as its their goodname on the line...

I was messed about after payment for almost a month.
When I questioned them they said the book had been despatched which was a lie.
Eventually managed to get my money back via pressure from AMAZON. Rogue behaviour so heed the warnings.

Ordered book through Amazon, waited months with no communication from them only for book to never arrive. When finally contacted they did not issue a full refund and said “if book arrives return it.” Common experience for books not to arrive and communication is difficult.

I ordered a new book from them. They sent it unprotected in a very thin plastic bag. My "new" book has the crap beaten out of it. I gave $23 for it and now I just want to burn it. People, listen to me. Don't buy anything from superbookdeals. You'll waste your money.

This company lies to you about having sent the order and then two months later suddenly the product is not in stock? So they lied all along. Never again.

Ordered a book over one month ago. Book was never delivered and several emails to the company had them saying "in transit" all the time. I finally asked for refund but got same reply "in transit". Finally had to make use of eBay guarantee scheme and seller at once issued a refund. This seller seems to act in this way very many times according to other trustpilot reviews. I strongly suggest anyone should take these reviews into account before they attempt to buy from this seller

Worst shopping experience ever. I lost £25 using this company. Product arrived so damaged it was unusable. The only way to get a refund was to pay for return postage that cost more than the book. Either way i would lose at least my initial payment. Reading the reviews from their American counterparts, being useless is The Superbookdeals mindset

Update: Have now received a full refund after 3 months of stubbornness and involving a third party to assist as mediator. Even so.............what terrible customer service!

Book never arrived - sent instead something called a 'cahier', which is a pamphlet with staples on a totally unrelated subject, unwanted and unread.
Found it impossible to deal with SuperBookDeals. Email replies were non-sensical rubbish, e.g. "We trust your family are well...". Another one was the book ordered was 'un-trackable' and they assured me it would arrive within the 'time specified for delivery'. That was way in the past.
I don't believe they even had the book I ordered, at $A29.00, instead sent some rubbish (the 'cahier' was valued at $A779.00, while other sites offered it for free). Stay well away from SuperBookDeals.

Ordered a book from Super Book Deals using Amazon marketplace, but they cancelled the book, like the Book Depository did, the book was advertised at a lower price and again it took days for a refund!

Eventually, I bought the book at a much higher price elsewhere

It's a scam. After a month since the order was made (via Amazon) I did't receive the book. They don't reply to any messages. Worst possible shopping experience.
