The kindness and help given to me by Vanessa and Fraser and the rest of the team at SuperCarers took away so much of the stress of living abroad while needing to take care of my mother in London.
I was given help to formulate the profile of my mother and then to get in touch with the candidates, who I interviewed online. Any queries I had were always replied to by return, by the same person in the Company. The cost of each carer varies, so suits different pockets. In my experience of needing to find care for my mother, SuperCarers is the only company that never changed its initial human and caring attitude towards both me and my mother and I recommend them without reserve.

We needed both day carers and overnight carers at very short notice, in order to provide support for my mother when she was discharged to palliative care at home following a diagnosis of advanced cancer. Maxine at Customer Support was wonderfully empathic, calm, practical and reassuring. With her help, we found the right carers to ensure my mother was comfortable and superbly cared for in her final days. What is more, we were able to switch seamlessly from ‘sleeping’ night to ‘waking’ night care as my mother’s needs increased. I valued the opportunity to discuss our needs with a real person who was attuned to the challenges we faced; I thought the web platform was easy to use; there was the opportunity to contact and meet the carers beforehand; customer support were available if we had queries; the carers who helped us were empathic and professional. This is just the type of service you need when you want the best quality of care for your loved ones.

Supercarers have been great in taking the time to listen and understand what help we needed, and in diligently shortlisting people who would be a good fit for our Mum. They have also provided valuable 'hand-holding' while we have navigated through unfamiliar territory.
We are really delighted with the result: someone who is caring and sensitive to Mum's needs as well as to her personality.

I spoke to Vanessa on 27th December just after my mother had spent Christmas in hospital with two broken knees. I only had 24 hours to find a career for my parents and Vanessa was brilliant. Kind, straight forward, helpful and so positive AND she found someone so wonderful who my parents love. I can not recommend Supercarera more highly after dealing with Vanessa. Thank you!

I approached Supercarers when my wife was in hospital in a physically and mentally deteriorated state and unable to be discharged safely. Live-in care from someone with dementia care experience was essential, and Supercarers provided this. I expected to need 24/7 care on a long term basis. However my wife improved dramatically and it became clear that her (and my) needs could be met in other ways. Charles and the carers they provided were completely understanding and lived up to the expectations that they publish. Their system for offering carers' profiles etc for consideration, and the phone and online support they give, is excellent. I would certainly recommend them as an introduction and matching agency and for their ongoing support.

The firm's service is amazing and very much caring. They are kind people who listen to you and understand and help you. They provide excellent service and provides real piece of mind for the whole family.

The services of Mr N Dorin (who served me) is an excellent boy who is so caring and friendly. He does all sorts of jobs and no further monitoring is required when any job is assigned to him.He is humble and excellent carer.

Supercarers have provided friendly and professional support in helping me find care for my father. They have always been positive and energetic trying to resolve problems, even on Boxing Day! They show initiative and their communication is great, I have never had to chase anyone for information or progress reports. All the electronic correspondence and links I have used have been easy to navigate. I would definitely recommend them, it has been a much easier and more personal service than some of the Live-in Care companies I used for my Mother's care.

We used supercarers to find live-in care for my mother, who suffered from early-onset fronto-temporal dementia. The company provided us with four kind, patient, professional carers who came to us for a total of about 12 months. All of the carers we had were lovely and worked flat-out to ensure that mum was healthy, clean, well-fed and as cheerful as was possible given the circumstances. The company were very helpful and communications were easy, and I can honestly say that they and the carers made a very difficult situation much less difficult. Would definitely use them again.

We were looking for a carer for our mother, Supercarers provided us with a pleasant and reliable carer within a week. The team is empathetic. The website is clear and provided us with the necessary information and resources to help us set this up. Thank you Supercarers!

It has been a blessing to have the support of SuperCarers, a great care agency which has provided two helpful carers for my mother. One of them, Rhona, is an outstanding example of a care professional with boundless patience with the elderly.

The live-in carer stayed with us for 17 days. From the start she fitted in very easily with the family and proved to be kind, caring, flexible and attentive. My dear mother-in-law needed extensive rehabilitation after 3 weeks in hospital that had left her bedridden, unable to stand or even sit up. By the end of her stay our carer had got her walking to the bathroom, sitting up in her chair and feeding herself. A real testimony to this carer's skill and experience. Thank you Supercarers!

Supercarers have been great meeting our requirements. We have had so many changing requirements and they have been able to advertise and find us carers with a short period of time.

Highly Recommend!

We have been using SuperCarers for almost six months. We were really impressed that Vanessa Shander was, initially, able to find two back-to-back live-in carers for our elderly mother/mother-in-law within a few days. They have both shown professionalism and compassion. We have been very satisfied with the service that Supercarers provides and we would highly recommend them.

I am long overdue in writing this review. By far the best company for excellent carers. When the time comes its always a difficult time and you need carers in a hurray. Vanessa was so kind caring and detailed in all the arrangements. The carers are super and take great care of my mother who has almost 24hr care from a rota of 4 carers. I work and travel and can't always be there and these super ladies keep me updated and informed and take incredible care of my mother. By far the best company I have dealt with and thanks for all the help you have given me.

Everyone helpful.... what more can I ask.

Supercarers truly live up to their name in finding our family a ‘super’ supercarer for our father who suffers from vascular dementia at a very challenging time for us. The process was quick and efficient with an excellent communication system! Initially we had a little difficulty understanding the invoicing system as a little confusing how figures are calculated so for future this could be clearer. Other than this and most importantly the Carer was an absolute godsend and we can’t thank Supercarers enough in finding her for us.
