Terrible Customer Service

I purchase car headlight bulb online plus the installation. I went to Burpengary store to collect the product but the girl(cashier) said the system is down so I suggest to buy another car headlight bulb and refund the one that i purchased online. She said okay,its fine!and then she called the guy named BRIAN who will fix my headlight bulb.BRIAN came in and check if the bulb is working or not but unfortunately they are both not working. I asked him what are we going to do? He said,This is strange!it could be the relay. I will call an electrician because both lights are not working, I suggest, What if we replace the bulb first and if it’s not working then we have to call an electrician.He said! nah! i won’t do it.He’s just being LAZY,BRIAN’S Customer service is just terrible.

I went to REPCO to get my car headlights fix.They fixed my car headlights in just 10 minutes. Do not need electrician for the job.
The job is to replace headlight bulb.

Very dissapointed

Ordered engine oil, online through there site, I put in my registration for my Barina rs. It showed the exact 5w-30 deox2, (in this case Penrite 6 litres) it showed only 1 supercheap far away with the special. I ordered and got a 6 litre 5w-30....But was valvoline for diesel. Completely useless to me. First time using there online. Won't again that's for sure!

Special orders are scams

Special orders are scams. They have a estimated delivery date on there website but the the date in the order tracker will keep postponing automatically every day after you ordered. My order is now about a month and they only say they are going to call the supplier now but no follow up afterward. It's better to buy from AliExpress at least AliExpress has a promised date that you can get your money back...

Poor Service

Went to Super cheap auto Porirua NZ. Ordered and paid for an air filter for a Mazda 3 which had to be brought in. They ended up just quitting out, saying it was all too hard, and gave my money back.
Useless.

Abysmal Customer Service

Over several years in between, I have visited the Roma, Dalby and Warwick stores in Queensland, and concurring with other reviews, staff could not be any less interested in serving customers. They must be trained that way as there is no other explanation for it. They appear busy and may say hi while speed walking past you but fail on the simple check of 'do you need help?'. Even when you do get to ask for help, you are made to feel it is the most inconvenient thing they have done in their lives.
Please, spend your money elsewhere even if it costs more.
After a couple of years, I ventured into a store recently and lasted 5 minutes before going down the road to a competitor and having a nice old chat to the salesperson. That! is how you do business.

Terrible service - no customer help

Purchased a fan belt over two weeks ago. Still has not arrived. Today the sent me an email to review the belt. I tried to leave a review of their great service - they wouldn't accept it. I used the word Repco in the review. I called Repco in the morning to order the same belt - I received it to my door later that afternoon. I tried to cancel the Supercrap order but wouldn't let me. If it ever does arrive I guess I can send it back (and wait months to get my money back). Never again Supercrap.

Hopeless !!!

Hopeless !!!

Every time I visit the store in Robina, I wait for a member of staff, they have no level of urgency whatsoever !!!

If at the very least they acknowledge you and communicate, staff stood still on checkouts not communicating and staff putting out stock, they talk through head sets but fail to follow up …

What is going on? Poor leadership and little care about service, staff cutting over service, not what good looks like

Friendly Service, great online

I have used Supercheap both online and in-store. I have found their online service to be really quick, with tricky items arriving well packaged and protected. I have found their in-store staff friendly and helpful. If you join their membership club every purchase you make accumulates cash to take off your next purchase. I have found that for certain items, its best to order online as the waterless carwash I buy is often out of stock instore, but alway available online.

useless staff in Supercheap Auto…

useless staff in Supercheap Auto Liverpool

I went to supercheap Liverpool at 3:20pm (19-1-2022) to replace my car window wiper,

the store wasn't busy and two useless staff said to me we can't do it now and you have to wait 20 minutes, I agreed.
I waited them more than 30 minutes and they didn't come, EVEN I told them it is raining now and I have my kids with me and I can't drive my car.
Those 2 staff are USELESS and they even don't care about a customer with his kids in very bed weather, SO DISAPPOINTED.

It's hard to find decent staff, but surely not THIS hard?

Papanui Christchurch NZ Store - The worst place possible to get competent advice or assistance. Called in to get a specific advertised pack of Nulon oil which is rated for both diesel and petrol to meet VW standards, but was told by a callow post-adolescent red-haired girl that "such oil does not exist". Refused to help me find it and "if you argue I will order you to leave the store". Went to another Supercheap store and bought the product, returned to demonstrate her lack of product knowledge, and was met with a mealy-mouthed excuse for an apology and a po-faced look you could crack rocks on. There does not appear to be anybody sane managing that particular store, but if there is in fact a Manager then presumably he/she spends the time in the office watching porn. Supervision of staff must be non-existent for them to get away with such conduct. I wonder how many car engines they have destroyed through their inept attempts at advice. A place to buy over-priced trinkets, but certainly not a professional parts supplier. Avoid!

Negative into a positive

We ordered roof rack system for our car which turned up with the wrong parts. These were the parts that came up when selecting our vehicle. After wasting an hour or so scratching my head I went into store to see if we had received the correct pieces which it was quite quickly evident were not. 1 star for that. Rebekah I think it was at Belconnen was great and turned everything around really quickly and went out of her way to help us get on our way. 5 stars for her! Thankyou for your help!

This is the 2nd time they have tried to…

This is the 2nd time they have tried to scam me with the wiper blade replacement. $89 for a pair of wiper blades are you f$&c!! Serious? They switch off the electronic self serve tablet so you have to inquire at the checkout. Then they assure you that you need the most expensive ones and will fit them for you for an additional $5. You guys should be ashamed. I’d hate to think of the amount of elderly people you are scamming with this dirty trick. Won’t be shopping at Supercheap Auto ever again and will be telling others to steer clear too

I recently purchased from Supercheap…

I recently purchased from Supercheap Auto Blacktown online and in-store some items for my garage, including a workbench, tools and a tool cabinet, the delivery was prompt but the workbench looked like it had been previously opened and re-sealed, I was a little concerned as I had read some reviews about customers who had received a delivery that had been previously opened and some items missing from it.

I phoned the manager Rowe who was very understanding and friendly and she first checked that they had this item in stock and offered to swap it over if I returned it to the store, she also said that I could ring the online store to arrange for a replacement unit, which I did, the online store lady was also very friendly in assisting me, she arranged for a replacement to be shipped out saying that it might take a week or two to find a sealed unit from another store.

The replacement unit arrived very promptly actually just a few days, they also told me that there was no rush to return the original unit just to return it at my convenience to the Blacktown store, I appreciated the trust that they gave me as they did not charge me for the replacement unit, so I returned the original unit the following Saturday morning to Rowe the store manager and told her there was no refund involved, that it was just a return as I had received a replacement from the online section and she thanked me for my honesty.

Also, I checked both units very carefully as the replacement box was damaged and open on one side, my wife was home when it was delivered and she asked the driver why it was open on one side and parts were falling out onto my driveway and the driver responded that it was because of the rain, so I took photos of it when I arrived home from work, after careful inspection I observed that no parts were missing from either unit and I repacked the return unit into the least damaged box carefully and re-sealed it before returning it on the following Saturday morning.

Overall, I am happy with the service from Supercheap Auto Blacktown, as they suggested that I could organise a replacement unit from the online section and it was delivered promptly with no charge pending the return of the original unit to the Blacktown store.

Update, when I assembled the second item (Tool chest cabinet) that I ordered online, I realised that I couldn't open the locked drawers as no keys were supplied with this unit, so I had to contact the online section again, I explained the situation to the lady who was very friendly and understanding of the issue, she asked that I disassemble the cabinet and repack it back into the box again, which wasn't easy and in fact took three attempts to secure it properly and re-seal it, now awaiting pick up by the courier.

I mentioned that I was not happy wasting my time assembling and then disassembling the cabinet and then having to assemble the replacement again when I receive it, but in fairness, this was a quality control issue from the factory and it should never have been dispatched without the keys in the first place. To the credit of the online section, the lady kindly offered to refund my original shipping fee as a goodwill gesture, which under the circumstances I very much appreciated.
