Superco 皇都電器 Reviews

Best price I have found. Customer service was very helpful.

Easy to order; good prices.

Great price, fast shipping, very pleased with my first experience with this company.

Ordering was fast and efficient. We really like the Zojirushi hybrid water boiler and appreciate the Japanese quality.

Fast order process, fast shipping

Easy online ordering experience with fast shipping!

Extremely great customer service. The employers communicated every step of the process, and answered my questions in a timely manner. Highly recommend this company to anyone needing appliances.

Fast shipping, product new as advertised. Dassit mane

My order was placed on back order otherwise price of my Zujirushi rice cooker was the lowest on the market by $20 less. My order was placed during Black Friday weekend I understand the reason for the delay and made my stove top in the meantime but it was annoying to change my meal prep cooking schedule a week later then when I had anticipated the cooker.

Item arrived quicker than i thought. This is my first experience with this company and i definitely recommennd it to my friends!

As a confirmed shopaholic, I appreciate knowing that the item was in stock before adding it to my shopping car and the prompt shipping. I hate how some companies aren't upfront about their inventory and their weak ability to get the product onto a delivery truck in a timely manner.

Good price and good quality products they carry to sell.

Thank You, excellent

Each staff member, who worked with me on my order, was very responsive to my questions and concerns. I felt very well cared for. Once I knew which appliance and model were my first choice I also knew I would be completely satisfied with my purchase and it's operation in my kitchen. Your delivery service was also excellent and easy to track my package. Thank you, I will order from you in the future and I will recommend you to my friends.

I was a bit skeptical in the very beginning since I never heard about the website and also their price is surprisingly lower than the fair market price.

It turned out that I worried too much. Authentic products, really nice customer service and super fast shipping! Love it.
Now I know where to check for my next purchase, especially with home appliance!

Very reliable service and products. Initially I am a bit hesitant to order from Superco since I am not familiar with this store and they offer lower price comparing to other well known stores. I received my high end model of Zojirushi rice cooker NP-NWC10 and I am so happy with my purchase, then I make another purchase for friend and family which all are very satisfied with the products and delivery. I will definitely revisit the store if I have anything to shop in future.

It was quick and the product was perfect for my needs!

Great experience ordering rice cooker. Order was shipped quickly and received in great condition. In addition, price was much better than many other online retailers. I would order from Superco again gladly.
