I'm a perfume enthusiast and I can say for sure, the quality is premium. Perfumes at Super Fragrances are long lasting and they provide the best price.

I made an order a week ago and still no email to say item has been dispatched. Sent various emails only to have them bounce back and tried to contact by phone to no avail. I just want my perfume that big ordered and paid for this is a disgrace you have taken my money and given me nothing

Super Fragrance is a scam.
They took my money and never sent the product. No tracking, no replies, no accountability. Their customer service is a joke. Don’t waste your time or money here

Ordered a perfume and they sent the wrong one. Tried emailing and phoning to try and get it rectified but no one is replying or answering. Would not recommend at all

Super Fragrance is an absolute joke. They accepted my order, took the money, and never even despatched the item. No tracking, no proper replies to emails, nothing but delays and excuses. Their customer service is useless and they completely ignore customers.

Save yourself the frustration – buy from Amazon or any other proper website. Do NOT waste your time or money with Super Fragrance.

I placed my order on Wednesday night and immediately received a payment confirmation. The price for this perfume was about 40% lower than in other stores, and delivery was free. The next day, I read some negative reviews about the shop and got worried, so I contacted customer service. They replied within a couple of hours and assured me that my order would be shipped the same day. By Saturday, I had already received my perfume. It was perfectly packed and exactly what I expected. Thank you very much to the store for the fast delivery and great price!

I placed an order almost 3 weeks ago and paid for it . The order is still showing pending and there's absolutely zero communication from this company despite several emails and trying to call . Provided number for customer services doesn't seem to work either .
I have raised an issue with PayPal and they are now trying to contact this scam company , my suggestion is to not waste your money and time as I have done and buy anything from these lot as once they've taken your money they'll not respond or ship any thing as they've done on this occasion.
I really hope I get my money back .

Ordered an item with the expectation that it will arrive for next day delivery. Not only did the item not arrive the next day it ended up arriving a whole week later. Furthermore, the packaging of the item was severely damaged. As if someone just opened it and tried putting it back together again. I contacted the company about this however they tried making it seem as if it was my fault, even though I had supplied pictures of when I first received the item. I would advise people to never use this company, as you will only experience dissatisfaction.

Scam- ordered Ahmed al maghribi Kaaf and received something that was like a cheap oil based cool water perfume. Not the real deal. Will not be using them again.

Seller states 24h Royal Mail delivery....I never got the item and contacted them 3 times getting no response. Had to claim Paypal for a refund. Sellers like them should be banned from businesses. Avoid, avoid, avoid

I wouldn’t order from here ever again. Bought from them and the perfume did not smell at all like the ones I’ve had many times before. I sent an email to see what they would do. 2 weeks later I have not had any response. I may have just thrown my money straight in the bin, where the perfume ended.
Let’s see if this gets their attention.

Placed an order yesterday morning, before later coming here and reading the reviews and becoming worried. Not long after, I was reassured when I received a notification to say my order had been dispatched. I received my order this morning and I am very happy with it. Delivered in less than 24 hours and paid a good price

Thank you super fragrances for the amazing perfumes very long lasting and delivered the next day. My favourite is oud and roses by Ahmed. I cant get enough of it!!

Disappointed by Unfulfilled Promises and Lack of Refund

I am utterly disappointed with the service provided by 'SUPER FRAGRANCE'. Despite receiving an order confirmation, I never received my order. After reaching out to the company, I was promised a refund. However, it has now been three long months, and I am still waiting for any sign of reimbursement.

The initial confirmation of my order gave me hope that my purchase was on its way. Unfortunately, that hope quickly turned into frustration and disbelief as weeks passed without any sign of my order arriving.

Upon contacting customer service, I was assured that a refund would be issued promptly. However, to my dismay, this assurance has not materialized into any action.

The lack of communication and failure to follow through on promises has left me feeling incredibly frustrated and disappointed. As a customer, I expect transparency and accountability, both of which have been sorely lacking in this experience.

I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when dealing with super fragrance, as my experience has been nothing short of a let down.
I have no idea why the have called themself SUPER FRAGRANCE if they aren't fulfilling expectations.

After placing an order I received an order confirmation email, so far so good. I heard nothing further for 3 working days so emailed asking when my item would be shipped. Their response simply said they were sorry I hadn't received my order and had refunded me. Surprised at this I replied asking why they had changed the order status to "Refunded".

They did not reply initially but after 2 further messages asking why they had refunded the order they eventually said the item was not in stock and they had refunded me from their side.

Two more days passed and still no refund in my bank account so I became understandably concerned. I messaged them again and after some further exchanges we discovered the issues were caused by technical issues with their payments handler service provider so they elected to refund me via Paypal instead, which I duly received.

They apologised profusely for the inconvenience and as a gesture of good faith even sent me one of their other fragrances, which did restore my confidence.

Hopefully Superfragrances can resolve the challenges with their payments handler service provider as soon as possible as when they do, I would be prepared to make another purchase with them.

Ordered a perfume from this site more than 4weeks ago, I have not recieved anything, no correspondence, tried emailing them several times with no response. The telephone number for them does not work. This appears to be a scam!!! Save your money and go elsewhere!
