We’ve had really first class tutoring for our 10 year son to support him during lockdown and with help preparing him for 11+ Exams. My son’s tutor Serge is brilliant at guiding, encouraging, teaching and reinforcing Maths and English in particular and we’re very grateful to him for such expert and knowledgeable help with the school transition process.

We have used Superior learning for many years. All of the tutors that we have have used have been warm, friendly, super smart and, most importantly, on a level that our children enjoy. Our children are never reluctant to study with them and always feel listened to and supported. Academically, our children have improved greatly under their tutelage. I also personally like the fact that they are flexible and without judgement. A lovely company.

The tuition for my son has been great. Betty is so encouraging and patient and my son really enjoys the sessions. The agency is also very efficient and well managed.

The tutor Superior Learning chose for my daughter has made such a difference to her confidence and to the improvement in her subject. My daughter changed A Level (from Biology to English Language) late into the first term of Year 12. Then, going into Lockdown really affected her learning and confidence. Her tutor has been FANTASTIC! She has the amazing quality of making my daughter feel at ease and has motivated her so much. We engaged with Superior Learning to assist our son prepare for his 11+ exams. Over a year period we had both in person and online sessions in both Maths and English, both of which were really well structured and implemented.

Great technology and excellent tutors. The platform used by Superior Learning comes very close to having a tutor in the room with the child. It’s far better than just a video call!
Our child had 1-2-1 sessions, mock exams and holiday courses with Superior Learning in preparation for 11+ entrance tests and had a lot of fun (or at least as much as preparation for these exams allows). Highly recommended!

Since preparing my son for 7+ exams a couple of years ago, he has been taught by 3 Superior Learning tutors and each of them have been brilliant. They have tutored both Maths and English and greatly improved my son's confidence and understanding. My son has never complained about the sessions and has always found them fun. It has really helped him to have his school learning consolidated and revised at home and during the difficulties of school closures over the last few months, the lessons with the SL tutors have been really central to my son staying happy and positive about learning.

Matt Jarvis spent several months with my son, teaching and reviewing maths and English. My son enjoyed learning with Matt over other tutors. He has a way of relating to kids in a youthful way that encourages the kids to tune in, I believe. My son was accepted to his first choice school.

The Superior Learning team has been invaluable in helping my son prepare for his 11+ exams. He previously did not enjoy maths at school, and so his confidence in his own ability really dipped. However, after tutoring with Superior Learning, not only has his self belief increased, but his marks at school have too. He looks forwards to the sessions and always comes out of them with a smile.

During the recent Covid 19 lockdown our daughter has also enjoyed tutoring sessions with Matt and his team. This one-on-one attention was so important during a really challenging time for the whole family, with the tutors able to give her the academic support and confidence that she was not getting from the school online group sessions.

Superior Learning found the perfect tutor for my sensitive, under-confident son, who needed a lot of patience and kindness to get him prepared for his senior-school exams. She didn't over-indulge him but, rather, quickly worked out how to get the best from him, and played to his strengths in order to improve his weaker areas. The mock exams and holiday courses were very professionally run yet retained the usual friendly atmosphere that my son had come to expect, so he was able to concentrate on his work rather than worry about the setting, and actually have fun in the context of preparing for his 11+. Superior Learning are always really quick to communicate and address any issues, and nothing ever seems too much trouble, which has also been great as we've been able to feel that the whole process of preparing for the 11+ was being taken care of on our behalf. As for results, our son has been offered a place at a school that he will be very happy at, and we are looking forward to spending more time with Superior Learning with our younger boy as his 11+ journey is soon to begin.
