Phone arrived after 3 weeks. Slow courier.
Phone was faulty, it's been 4 months and Supero still refuse to replace the phone.
I have shown them videos of the phone faulting, it took almost 2 months for them to send a return courier ticket and now they refuse to replace or refund.

My second purchase from supero spread over 3 years.
No nonsense. Simple and straightforward.

Great updates from their website, delivery times are as advertised, phone came in perfect condition and even includes a NZ phone adapted, which is not something they have to do but shows they care.

Initially I was reluctant to purchase from an overseas organisation, without an Aotearoa NZ presence. However, having now purchased more than a dozen pieces of tech, I am comfortable to buy from Supero again and again. Their customer service is really good too!

I have some wireless headphones that stopped working while under warranty. That was over 4 months ago. I'm still trying to get the company to replace or refund me.
They have stopped returning my emails, and despite repeated requests to call they have not. There is no phone or address listed on their website so all I can do is send email after email that gets ignored.
