Disappointed
Very disappointed that I had been using Super Payments and all of a sudden without any notice they restricted me from my account and locked me out, I used to recommend it but now I would not at all.

Very terrible service and company
Very terrible service and company, I made an order, got a confirmation which I still have as proof, almost a month after, I didn’t get update on delivery, I contacted customer support and I was told it was an error on their part and though I paid, it wasn’t ordered.
Till now, no refund or order placed.
I won’t recommend, the so called bonuses are not accessible, they may be worth something for only students.

For us to offer our users cash rewards on their favourite brands, we purchase a gift card on your behalf which is then applied to your purchase; this happens in real time and in a matter of seconds. These instances are rare and what happened is, payment was taken, we tried to apply the card however, an error occurred via Boohooman at the time of purchase. This will explain why did not receive communication from Boohooman.
We tried our best to get the gift card refunded for you however, as you got in touch after the 14 day threshold, we were unable to do this.
That said, you still have the gift card and pin which remains active and available to use.
Our team will always remain on hand and support as best as they can.
Scam to scams
Avoid any payments to this co.pany who hides scams companies. I've made a payment to a company through Super payments and money gone with no product and no refund. Asked Super to give details and to refund the money and they said they cannot to this. Avoooooid themmmm

As a Business we would recommend…
As a Business we would recommend avoiding, payment open to mass fraudulent use.
Superpayments do not routinely carry out 3DS and security checks for payments under £250. This leaves business liable and unprotected against fraudulent activity as Card Merchants will always find against you even if you have both a signature and photo of delivery as basic 3DS etc has not been completed.
What makes it worse is then SuperPayments own Compliance Team blame you for the problem and place a hold on your account and also your money.
My suggestion to companies think if using SuperPayments is to avoid. They may not charge fees but your potential losses could be significant

The decision to remove your account was based on instructions from one of our third-party providers, which ensures we meet industry regulations and security standards. While these measures are in place to safeguard all parties, we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
We also wanted to take the opportunity to highlight that as part of our continuous improvement efforts, merchants have recently been provided the ability to enable 3D Secure (3DS) for any transaction over £0.01. This can provide additional protection and mitigate the risk of fraudulent activity for smaller transactions as well.
We value your feedback and are committed to continuously refining our processes to better support all of our merchants.

I have not been using Super Pay for very long. However, I had a technical issue and reached out for help. I did not have to wait very long to get the help required to resolve the issue I was experiencing. Antonio was very quick in responding and a big thank you to him.
