Jason with Super Seller Properties went above and beyond any expectations I could have had! He was reliable, trustworthy and a pleasure to work with. I’ve never seen a real estate agent work so hard and do so much! We live out of state now and he coordinated some home updates (painting, flooring and a new roof). He located qualified contractors, he me mange them, verified their work and in some cases help me get the payments settled. I’ve never seen an agent do this! He got a lot of foot traffic into the house and gave us good advice on market conditions, price points and comparables. He was dedicated to selling this property and really came through for us. All this and his “price was right” with a really competitive commission structure. After everything he did for us I feel like we actually underpaid him. Mr. Wojcik was very frank about what his contract involved and he delivered on every aspect. He was always available for advise, explanations and options in the sales process. I feel he was able to deliver at least as much service as any of the brokers demanding 3X his fee. Mr. Wojcik made and otherwise complicated and confusing situation much less so. I would recommend his service.

Jason and Super Seller were excellent to work with. He always gave us his honest opinion and got us to the closing table on a difficult transaction. Saving thousands in commission fees was great, but the real value was in his work ethic and determination.

Mostly good with Jason. Not always clear what we should be doing next. Otherwise all was good. But we are old and we are used to dealing with people in person. At our age we would have loved a little hand holding help.

I had an overall great experience working with Super Seller. Id recommend them to any person i know. Especially if this is their first home purchase. Jason has a way to breakdown all expenses, inspections, and everything else that is needed to buy a home in a way that even someone like me can understand it.
