Enhance reading experience
Our bookclub was reading a book I had read a year or more before. I needed to refresh my memory for our discussion. SuperSummary gave me that and so much more. I plan to use it for other books for the same reason as well as for my own enhanced understanding of some of the books I read. I also recommend it to the bookclub.

Good, but not really "Super."
It's highly useful but I would have liked more specificity - I was reading Pepys and there is a lot of ambiguity in that text, like when he resorts to using Latin to describe his dalliances or his numerous references to other people, and I wish Supersummary could have provided more information.

It's wonderful to be able to print out these materials instantaneously. They are generally deeply and thoughtfully written, some of the chapter summaries a bit rushed. On the whole, however, the notes reveal a thorough understanding of the authors, milieu and literary intent. Also, thank heavens, not a royal fortune to purchase!

It is a very useful app if the book you're reading is included. So far, 2 out of 3 have been listed. I did find I wanted to ask questions, and to do that you need the PLUS plan.

Great customer service (specifically Carmela)
We had a misunderstanding regarding the billing on my account, and it was taken care within an hour of my contacting them.
While I did not continue the service due to unexpected circumstances, the content looked to be comprehensive and easy to understand.
I would not hesitate to use SuperSummary again if the need arises.

Helpful and easy to use
I use this app to track the books I read. One of the features I really like is that it not only keeps track of the titles, but also provides data on the genre of books I have read. It’s interesting to see my reading trend over time. I use it to challenge myself to read different types of books, new authors I have not yet read, and genres outside my usual go-tos. Glad it was recommended to me!

Good customer service
Update: After my review the company reached out to me and advised they were issuing a refund. I still think the wording of the initial offer was misleading but appreciate that they cared enough to make it right. The concept of this app is great, just not what I was looking for.
Original review -No way to really check it out without signing up. So, I signed up under a free trial period but they charged my card for a full year. I tried to contact them for a refund but they did not respond. The service does not have the books we are currently reading (at least 3 months out) in my bookclubs so the service is useless for what I thought it would be.
