Supertails is horrible. Thei customer service is the worst. I have placed 4 orders on Supertails, there are problems each and every time, and then getting gaslighted by the customer service guys, then wait for responses, all the while managing RUDE delivery guys. Supertails just takes your money, doesn't fulfil your orders right and then demands more than what they had delivered.I had ordered 8 tablets of Simparica trio (1 tablet each), thus getting a delivery of 8 tablets. When I decided to return them to Supertails, the delivery guy refused to take the order and asked me to return 8boxes (24 tablets). I explained to him that I had only rcvd 8, he insisted that I return 24.

As a pet parent, this was my first experience with Supertailsand unfortunately, a very disappointing one.
Based on our vet’s recommendation, we opted for hypoallergenic Royal Canin food for our pet. We placed a prepaid order and even went through the verification process, speaking with Aparna from Supertails and Dr. Hema (their associate vet). We shared all the required details and were informed that we would receive a WhatsApp follow-up along with a free consultation.
While the initial communication did happen, everything stopped after that.
Our order was suddenly cancelled without any prior intimation no call, no explanation, and no clarity on the reason. Even more concerning, there has been no update regarding the refund of ₹3000.
Since then, I have made multiple calls to the toll-free number, but each time I am told that customer service, logistics, and service providers are all handled separately. Every representative assured me of a callback, but unfortunately, not a single follow-up has been received.
As a customer, this leaves me completely in the dark. There is no transparency on what went wrong, where my money is, or when I can expect a resolution.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I would strongly urge others to be cautious, especially with prepaid orders.
I am still awaiting a proper response and resolution from Supertails regarding my refund.
I hope this is addressed at the earliest.

The standard of Supertails has exponentially decreased in the last 3 months. It started with the wrong items being delivered to unavailability to pay from their website and today it reached a whole low when the medicines that were ordered on the 25 of march and were yo be delivered on 27th of march was not received. On call they said that the vet team had not approved it. This was for the same medicine that I have been buying from them for the last couple of yeras and the VET prescription was given to them earlier/

I would've given zero star if I had that option. I ordered cat food a week ago and it never got delivered to me. I only got updates about me missing the delivery on doorstep. While the truth is, no one came to my doorsteps and I received no calls from them.
It is such a disappointing experience and such a shame that brand is incapabilities are put on customers.
I called customer service twice and still these people didn't correct their mistake.
Never order from this brand if you want constant disappointment and no result.

Horrible website to order dog food, i have been ordering food worth several thousand every month from their website but since last 4 months , everytime payment gets deducted and order does not proceed and then i have to call them severla times, send email , send them proof of order and payment to get the order manually done

They use a really bad delivery service that guarantees you don't receive the product.
After that they are very difficult to get refunds from. Had to call them multiple times and finally make threats before they would refund for an undelivered product.

I ordered medicine for my dog from Supertails earlier, and during checkout it asked for details like my dog’s name and birthdate. I didn’t think much of it at the time—but when my dog’s birthday came around, they sent a super cute birthday card along with some funny little goodies for my dog. It was such a thoughtful surprise.
Truly made my day. Love how much this company cares about pets and their owners. Thank you, Supertails!
Avoid this website like the plague. The delivery experience and the customer support is horrific. In this day and age, I shouldn't be expected to repeatedly askt he customer support about the status of my order or my refund. I bought Rs 15,000 worth of harnesses and leashes from this website. I not only never received the complete order one month later, I am still messaging them about refund.

The order was promised for same-day delivery, but instead I was repeatedly fed blatant lies about “failed delivery attempts” because I was supposedly unreachable. No one called. No one showed up. Not once.
This happened two days in a row. When I contacted Supertails, they casually admitted these were fake delivery attempts and shrugged off responsibility, blaming their delivery partner, Zippee. Apparently, once the package is handed over, it enters a black hole. Supertails has no idea who the delivery person is, where the package is, or when (or if) it will ever be delivered. Complete lack of ownership and accountability.
Their sales process is lightning fast, but that’s where the efficiency ends. After payment, you’re left chasing ghosts, dealing with scripted responses, and wasting your time. This is not just poor service—it’s incompetence masked as logistics dependency.
Save yourself the frustration. I absolutely do not recommend Supertails.

Your service has been absolutely unprofessional. I had placed an order for dog food & medicines on your platform this morning at 9.30 AM (with a 120 minutes delivery), little did I realise why did I trust you a second time when you messed up last time too.
The level of unprofessional behavior is such that, I had no clue of the order status until 7.15 pm in the evening. Finally I called your customer service and after a 15 mins wait time in queue I got to speak to Mustafa Mohamed who confirmed that the order showed unfulfilled in your system, which was not even informed to me until I called(because your warehouse or supply chain has a terrible problem). Do you even realize that you cater to pets - lives that can't wait endlessly to your whims and fancies. How much does it take for you or your team to send a proactive note. Mustafa then promised that he will ensure to have this sent on top priority in the next 120 mins (again a blunder on my part to have trusted) as the promise turned out to be not just a disappointment, but one that is unfulfilled. He said he will follow up till it's delivered to me which has not happened until now (almost 3 hrs since I've spoken)
What's more shocking is I see the app, only to realise that the Royal Canin food order is going to be fulfilled by 10 PM tomorrow and the medicines by 1 PM tomorrow because your partners are not getting a porter to deliver it and that's a customer's headache to figure out. All of this without even informing the customer or taking consent. How irresponsible.
Please be responsible in running a platform and not so irresponsible without concerns. When I called your customer care a while ago - Mr Apollo was prompt in telling me that your systems are facing a downtime and that he can't pull up any records related to orders thus being of no help and only mounting additional pressure and anxiety for a paid customer.
ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE!!! NEVER GOING TO GET ONTO SUPERTAILS.
My only request is, please ensure to refund this on priority by tomorrow and not to make it another hassle.

This is the first time I tried Supertails, primarily because cat food prices on Amazon, HUFT, NetMeds, and others have gone through the roof -- I am shelling out upto ₹4000 a month now. Their competitive pricing attracted me, obviously, and I placed the order after some research. Got confirmation on delivery and an introductory call followed the next day, with an option to avail vet services. Nafisa on the call also assured me that order is on time. So far so good.
Then, things took turn for worse. Late in the evening, received another call informing me that my location is not "serviceable" suddenly and ordered has been cancelled, refund initiated. I still haven't received my money back, but will wait a few days.
More importantly, now my location is serviceable again! Price has been bumped up and my First Time user coupon benefit has been cancelled too.
Clearly, it was a cheap and underhanded ploy to not give away their product for 600 bucks less. Such deceitful tactics is why us regular pet parents prefer sticking with trusted companies, despite higher pricing.
Whoever is behind the company, please look into this matter at priority. I requested your customer care to escalate, but they didn't get back to me.

The paw effect Diwali gift is meant for simply cheating customers. When we order through supertail we expect some thing for pets and not gifts like lamp etc.
Have had an amazing experience since Day 1, starting with the consultations. The service is amazing, deliveries are prompt and early. Thank you for the regular gifts - really cool, and quite sweet. My doggo loves them.

I ordered a medicinal spray from their website, and it was mentioned that they could deliver it before 10 PM on the same day.
I waited the whole day and eventually called their customer care to ask about my order. They told me they could not guarantee delivery that day due to some logistical issues and asked me to wait until 8–9 PM the following day.
It was the worst experience. The website also seems sketchy, as it keeps asking for an OTP even after logging in again and again.
Extremely Disappointed with 4-Day Late Delivery
My recent experience with Supertail was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I placed an order on 31 August, with a guaranteed delivery date of 3 September . The tracking information showed a three-day delay without any communication or explanation from Supertail. My order has not arrived yet .this is the worst delivery I have ever had
This delivery was for a time-sensitive item, and the significant delay has caused a major inconvenience. When I attempted to contact customer service to understand the reason for the delay, I was met with unhelpful automated responses and no real-time support. The lack of proactive communication and the failure to meet the promised delivery timeline is completely unacceptable.
I rely on delivery services to be reliable, and Supertail has failed to meet even the most basic expectations. I would hesitate to use this service again for any important or time-sensitive deliveries. I hope Supertail takes steps to improve its logistics and customer communication.
