Metem/Heider is a fraud, may have gone bust? Do not waste your money trying to buy from this company.
I paid for 2 Heider CBI SuperPower head torches costing US$159.80 on Nov 25th Nov 2017- Christmas presents for my daughters.
They took my money but no torches arrived and I've emailed them 5 times with no response.
They took my money quick enough but wont reply to my emails, absolutely rude.

Despues de la compra nunca reapondieron mis preguntas y nunca enviaron informacion sobre mi pedido por lo que nunca llego y no tuve informacion sobre el y no me responden nisiquiera para poder recuperar mi dinero. Es un robo total. Es mentira esta pagina es un fraude.

I bought a torch from this company and it arrived minus the front lens making it useless. I emailed Metem 4 times and no reply. I took it up with PayPal who said when Metem receive it they will refund me. Metem eventually contacted me and said they had difficulty getting it collected could I send it back and they would refund my postage. I returned it the next day now they say the terms are 14 days to return something as this was out side of this time they won't now return my postage costs. If they answered their emails when they receive them this would not be the case. They are nothing more than liars and cheats this is not about the money it's the principal of the matter. Any site I can find I will leave negative feedback until I get my money. In the meantime any body concidering buying from these people think twice if I had been more careful before hand I would not have bought from Metem.

Som alle andre fik jeg også en ekstra regning for forsendelsen. Derudover var det også en defekt lygte, som jeg sendte tilbage, men trods flere rykkere har jeg intet hørt og heller ikke fået en ny eller repareret lygte tilbage.
Firmaet er virkelig et firma der burde forbydes at sælge via nettet.

Jeg kan kun advare kraftigt mod at handle med dette firma.

Forstår ikke at Facebook vil være bekendt at have dem på som reklame.

I bought a Heider CF1 LED High power flashlight, and paid 40 € inkl freight cost. I received the lamp, and 2 weeks later I have received and extra invoice from UPS, in the amount of 26 € (import Tax from a Non EU country) because the flashlight is being shipped from the METEM company based in Istanbul / Turkey.
If I knew that the real Total price for the Flashlight was 66 €, I would never have bought it.
METEM have adds on Facebook that guides the consumer to supertorch.com and claims free shipping all over the world (incl. VAT) and never mentions that the flashlight is being shipped from Tukey.
I feel cheated !!

The flashlight itself is ok, but being billed almost as much for the shipping as the price og the flashlight is absolutely not ok. Stay away from Supertorch.eu.
There is no information about the fact that the product will be shipped from Turkey - a non-european country. Allthough they say free shipping all over the world you get billed for shipping and tax after receiving the product.

PAS PÅ !!!!!
Firmaet oplyser IKKE at de sender fra Tyrkiet
& det betyder at du udover prisen på lygten
får en regning fra UPS på told-omkostninger
( i mit tilfælde = dkk 234,50 )
Når jeg så kontakter firmaet, får jeg bare at vide, at
det er mit ansvar og at jeg hænger på regningen

Summa summarum = SVINDEL OG HUMBUG = meget dyr lommelygte

Trods de sender fra et EU land bliver det sendt fra Tyrkiet, så du få ekstra regninger fra UPS for Told og udlægsgebyr på 120,.dkk ... Trods man skriver venligt til dem, fraskriver de sig et enhvert ansvar.... IKKE DET VÆRD!!!!!

The Torch is fine, give a really bright light and much more than expectet for such a small device. Getting hot after short while. My guess is that its eat battery fast but don´t know yet.
I was surpriced to recive a invoice from UPS for more than 20€ for the delivering of the package, from Hungary to Denmark. I did not see that Price anywhere and would not bought the torch if I knew that. It ended to be the most expensive light I ever bought.

I just saw on the homepage that they promise free shipping all over the World, so they should have only on start as they direct lie.......
