I wasn't able to get a visa at the Italian consulate in NYC indefinitely, despite my trip being 3 months away. I spoke to Mark who was super transparent and guaranteed my money back should his AI tech not be able to get me an appointment. 3 DAYS LATER he managed to get me an appointment within the dates I requested.
