Good quality and arrived in good time

I want to give these guys the benefit of the doubt, but had a really bad experience. They never shipped my product, and wouldn't respond to my emails. It took me 3 months to get my money back via a credit card charge back. I would not recommend them.

Would Not Recommend The LBX Or The Ultra Bee If You Plan On Using For Off Road. Motorcycle Speeds With Mountain Bike Quality Every Sur Ron I Have Owned LBX And The Ultra Bee Have A Cracking Noise Coming From The Front End When Going Over Bumps More Than Likely Bearings In The Steering Stem China Must Not Have Much Grease To Hand. Absolutely Poor Save The Extra Money And Purchase The Stark Varg

We bought a Surron Light Xbee and had nothing but problems from the 3rd day id riding. Its junk. The dealership sucked about repairs. Basically worthless. I would not recommend.

We bought a bike less than a year ago and it was just stolen - no fault of the company. However, multiple attempts to contact the company to get a serial number, which is required by the police, have gone unanswered. Nobody picks up the phone, replies to requests on the "Contact us" page or emails.

Hopefully this gets someone's attention and an appropriate response. At that time, I will revisit the rating.

today's i got pleasure to test the e bike and is absolutely rubbish 6kw 😂this heve nothing to do with proper full cross motor bike zero power this is toy for modern kids if someone hat run proper two stroke cross bikes when was kid don't waist ur time and money
