I talked to a representative of surebridge insurance. Co. And still have not received any information about my policy and I've paid 3 months already. I haven't received any emails from you about my insurance either.

Oh boy
Oh boy, do I have a story to tell you guys. The guy from customer service called me a fat republican loser. The disrespect to a paying consumer makes me question the foundations of capitalism itself. So many hidden fees behind the scummy ads that don't accurately portray this companies cost. I was restricted from canceling my order and am now stuck with this for the time being. The second I am eligible to transfer I am leaving for good. PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY. you will waste your time and money. I have never dealt with a company this bad

With Shelby or Shelly's help, I was able to get through the process of opening my folder with SureBridge. Without her, I don't think I would have ever gotten it done without help from someone who would come to our house. Your directions seemed to confusing to someone who is not good with computer technology. I thought I did it properly and SureBridge kept telling me what I entered was not correct. Eventually, I ended up calling and with Shelby's most appreciated help, I got the information you requested into your computer. Ask one of your Grandmom's or Great Grandmom's to help you come up with an easier way to enter your system. I feel like I am flying by the seat of my pants.
