I’m giving them a 1 star review in regards to the Customer Service. I do not recommend buying directly from their website as it is pretty much impossible to get a hold of them, as they do not respond to emails at all! I emailed them two months ago to inquire about a pair of skates that I really wanted to purchase, NO RESPONSE, so a month later I just went ahead and purchased the skates anyway, paid for three day shipping but 10 days has passed and no skates. I emailed them about that to see what was the problem, NO RESPONSE! Skates finally arrived 2 weeks later but we’re too big, uh, And of course to get a refund or to exchange you have to email them, which I did, Twice, NO RESPONSE! I had to end up going on Instagram, which is ridiculous because not everyone uses Instagram, and try to get through to them. First DM, NO RESPONSE. Next I tried again to call the only number for them which is only on Instagram by the way, not on their website, which is ridiculous, A person did answer the phone this time but didn’t know what to do and said he’ll have someone call me back, I don’t even think he wrote my information down. I know they’re well known for having good skates but the customer service is horrible and I will not order anything from them ever again, nor will I recommend them for these very reasons.
