I got a lot of helpful advice before my purchase, and the delivery was super fast. I would highly recommend this company based on my experience.
Delivery was very quick and within 2 days as stated. Kieran spotted that the items ordered were for two different phones and took the trouble to text and call to clarify if that indeed was the order (... Toon meer

SureLookIT is an established online electronics retailer founded in Ireland in 2020. Over the past six years, we have grown into a trusted online brand serving thousands of customers with fast, reliable delivery and professional customer support. We specialise in computers, laptops, phones, accessories, and a wide range of electronic products, offering competitive pricing and next-day dispatch on many items. Our focus has always been simple: honest service, efficient order processing, clear communication, and resolving any issues quickly and fairly. We believe in transparency, reliability, and long-term customer relationships rather than short-term sales. We operate regionally at 🇮🇪 SureLookIT.com – Republic of Ireland and 🇬🇧 SureLookIT.co.uk – United Kingdom. Ireland orders are dispatched from our Ireland distribution warehouse, and UK orders are dispatched from our UK distribution centre, ensuring clear regional fulfilment and delivery timeframes for each market. SureLookIT is VAT registered in both Ireland and the United Kingdom, providing compliant invoicing and transparent pricing for customers in each region. All reviews on this profile reflect genuine customer experiences with the SureLookIT brand across both markets. We actively encourage feedback and use it to continually improve our service standards. If you ever experience an issue with your order, please contact us directly and allow our team the opportunity to assist. We are committed to resolving concerns professionally and efficiently. Thank you for choosing SureLookIT and for supporting our continued growth.

Hello Gary,
I’m sorry to hear about this. We haven’t received any calls or messages from you until now, and your order was placed on the 20th of October. Mistakes can happen, but we always do our best to resolve them promptly once we’re made aware of an issue.
The order was delivered the very next day, even though the incorrect item was sent. There was also a flyer included in the parcel with our contact details, advising customers to reach us by phone, email, or WhatsApp if there are any problems with a product. Had you contacted us at the time, we would have sent the correct item to you right away.
I’ve just processed your refund in full.

What a great store! 👍 I was pleasantly surprised by how attentive they are to their customers. They kept me updated on my order—called, warned me about any potential issues, and helped quickly resolve any issues that arose. The service is top-notch; I'll only order from here from now on.
