Customer service shocking won't return email queries plates also arrived scratched

I’ve used Sureplates 4 times now and they’ve produced exactly what you’d expect for a good price with fast delivery. For one of the orders I spoke to a member of staff by email who was professional and courteous, providing fast responses to my question and even personally letting me know that the item had been shipped. You get automated shipping notifications with them anyway so the email was not necessary but a nice bit of customer service.

I ordered my plates but made a mistake. I emailed customer support and Jesse emailed me back within minutes and rectified my mistake. The customer service is quite simply outstanding. I highly recommend anyone needing number plates to use SurePlates Limited.

Ordered on 17th May 25 and my plates came on 21st May 25. Absolutely love the 4D plates, so clean and crisp looking and great quality, they came well packaged in bubble wrap and with all the screws, screw covers and sticky pads I needed. Fantastic service and I'm over the moon with my new registration plates, really make my car pop! Highly recommended, thank you!

Amazing price and service! Plates look amazing as well. Ordered after the next day delivery cut off point on Friday expecting the plates to arrive Tuesday, but delivered next day on Saturday! Free fitting kit is also a bonus.

I chose these guys because they were competitively priced and had good reviews. They include screw and sticky pad fixings for free, making them better value.

The plates took about a week to arrive. They appear of the finest quality. They were easy to drill and attach. The screws look like self-tapping ones, but I drilled a 3.5mm guide hole. The acrylic took the screw thread with a reassuring tightness. Plates look great on my car.

The only very minor criticism is in communication. It says clearly that once ordered it's probably too late to cancel, as they make them up almost immediately. In itself this is great news. But mine seem to take several days and then didn't get dispatched until I queried it (probably coincidence). I had been led to expect same or next day dispatch and to get within 3 working days, but it was about 5. Still a reasonable service, but the messages on the website had led me to expect quicker.

The other point is that I waited until I'd got the certificate for my plate through the post before ordering. Turns out, I didn't need this. These guys will make up the plate without it. Had I known this I would have had these plates made whilst awaiting the certificate. Other companies seem to insist on this proof. Ultimately I'm happy to take this responsibility myself and don't need nanny state intervening.

Overall I'm delighted with the quality, price and freebies which are genuinely useful and will be back again for my future licence plate needs.
