Nasz pobyt w dwuosobowym kamperze był niesamowitym doświadczeniem! Mimo jego kompaktowych rozmiarów, wnętrze było niezwykle wygodne i świetnie zaprojektowane, zapewniając wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy - od wygodnego łóżka po w pełni wyposażoną kuchnię. Jego niewielkie rozmiary znacznie ułatwiły przemieszczanie się i parkowanie, co pozwoliło nam swobodnie odkrywać różne miejsca bez żadnych problemów. Kamper okazał się być idealnym wyborem dla naszej przygodowej podróży we dwoje, łącząc w sobie komfort, funkcjonalność i swobodę eksploracji. Absolutnie polecam każdemu, kto szuka przytulnego i praktycznego domu na kołach!

Delighting experience! This van is a great opportunity not only for experienced vanlifers, but also an ideal choice for everyone who wants to try this lifestyle for the first time. The car is fully equipped with everything you might need during the journey - the bed is very comfortable and both the kitchenette and the shower provide you a sense of full independence. Thanks to the size, the car itself is pretty easy to drive and park everywhere. Lots of love for this tiny, driving home! <3

Der Van gab's uns alles, was wir brauchten um einen tollen Roadtrip in Portugal zu erleben. Der Van hat eine kleine Küche mit Waschbecken und den nötigsten Utensilen (am wichtigsten die 2 Weingläser ;) ) eine Outdoor-Dusche mit kleiner Brause, eine Kühlbox und USB-Adapter zum Chargen. Somit konnten wir als Einsteiger die Unabhängigkeit und Freiheit voll und ganz genießen.

Fun!
It was a great time for us while traveling in Spain and Portugal. We had evrything we needed: bedroom, livingroom, kitchen and shower😀. We could stay wherever we wanted even close to the wild beatiful beaches as this is a normal car. For big campers some places are forbiden. There was no problem even in narrow streets in small towns. It gave us a lot of freedom and independence. The van is designed great and ergonomic and there is enought space for two people for holiday and for remote working. We could choose the time for pick up and return near the airport and received from the owner the map with a lot of places to stay, eat, have fun etc.

Can’t express enough how great this week was! Magda provided us with high quality experience & lots of new adventures. Vans were fantastic, well-maintained and aesthetic cars equipped with everything that’s needed for travelling and living in a van. Honestly, wouldn’t change a thing.

Scammers & poor customer service
We rented a van last summer with them. Communication was a bit blurry from the start but it got worst when actually getting the van. They forgot our time arrival while we communicated a few times already and had it parked in a creepy parking at taxi distance from the airport. Then we got almost no communication or reply to our questions during our trip neither the magical map with cool parking spots. We only received it the day before our return flight..when returning the car we played honesty with them being nice and telling them we had a problem with the car and they charged us a really expensive price with no possibility of communication again with us. And even if we had the biggest cover insurance they didn’t care and didn’t consider it at all . Just asked us to pay the higher price they could get on the market and taking it from our deposit. We only got the remaining deposit part back months after with no reply to our messages our calls again. They are robbers, not professional at all I don’t recommend !!!!

Our main goal is to provide the best possible service and this is a priority in our company. The more I was surprised that after more than a year you decided to rate us so low. Let me address your accusations.
To remember exactly our contact, I went back to our conversation on WhatApp where we mainly communicated.
It's true that your motorhome was located some distance from the airport, but only because, as I informed you earlier, our employee was sick and could not be there in person. So that you set off according to your planned date and time, I personally transported the motorhome at night and had to return because I had other transfers in Malaga. I informed you about this fact and presented the situation. I asked if it would bother you. You said you don't have a problem with it. If you don't remember the situation, I can send a print sc from our conversation on What App.
Fanny, as far as the deposit is concerned, you have been informed how it works - I said that the maximum cost we can take from the deposit is the amount you pay even if the repair exceeds the deposit amount. As proof of handing over the motorhome, I made a video - I informed you that if you want, you can also document the receipt of the motorhome and its condition. Please don't blame us that you returned the damaged motorhome and we had to take the amount from the deposit for repair. The amount was also not invented, but calculated on the basis of an invoice from the car repair shop to which we gave the car for repair.
Personally, I feel very bad if someone calls me a cheater and a robber, I have never cheated anyone. But I answer as the owner of the company - I checked thoroughly when I gave you the deposit and it was right after the fact that we agreed on the repair costs that you accepted.
In addition, I said that I am very sorry that you had costs related to the repair of the motorhome because this is why Holidays do not have a good association and I told you that I will not add any additional fee which is also in the regulations (copies of which you received when renting a motorhome).
Personally, I am very sorry that you judge us for things we did not do and give us such a low rating.
However, this will never discourage us from maintaining a high level of service and trying to find the best solutions for our clients, very often at our expense.
Fanny, we both know that if I had followed the terms and conditions that you accepted and signed, the repair amount would have been higher. But I took some costs for the company only to help you as much as possible.
Did I do the right thing and should I do it again in a similar situation???

Fahrzeug war dreckig (innen & aussen) & verbeult. Ausstattung war teils schmutzig (Essensreste in Pfanne bei Übernahme) oder inkomplett (nur 1 Glas, 1 Esslöffel, 1 Kaffeelöffel & 1 Buttermesser für 2 Personen).
Stromversorgung funktionierte nicht, da das Kabel zum Anstecken auf den Campings nicht mitgeliefert wurde (ohne uns zu informieren).
Service war katastrophal. Es fand keine persönliche Übergabe statt, trotz lange im Voraus gebuchtem Übergabetermin. Die erhaltenen Videotutorials stimmten nicht mit Mietfahrzeug überein. Wir erhielten nie eine Übersicht über alle gebuchten Leistungen. Es wurden dann auch gebuchte Extras (Strandtücher, Beach-Lock etc.) nicht geliefert ohne Vorinformation. Bei Problemen mit der Batterie/Strom (funktionierte schon bei Übernahme nicht) war keine Hilfbereitschaft zu erkennen & Lösungsvorschläge unsererseits wurden ignoriert

When we picked up the van, Pzremyslaw explained us everything and was very friendly and made an effort, so that we got along with the car and the equipment.
Everything inside the car (kitchen, shower, electricity) worked very well during our whole trip.
We can recommend 'surfcampers' to everyone who wants to have an exciting holiday, were you are absolutely spontaneous and free! :)

Na zachód od Malagi z SurfCampers
Kamper wypożyczony od SurfCampers. Wyprawa na zachód od Malagi. Dzięki kamperowej wyprawie zobaczyliśmy prawdziwą Hiszpanie. Było intensywnie i wspaniale. 7 dni 5 miejsc odwiedzonych.Widoki z okna kampera wspaniałe. Podróż tylko lokalnymi drogami pokazuje nam Hiszpanie której nie ma w folderach biur podróży. Mapa od SurfCamprs pozwala zaplanować noclegi i pomaga wybrać atrakcje które można zobaczyć w większych miastach Andaluzii. Samochód Toyota przerobiony na kampera świetnie się prowadzi, duże łóżko w tylnej części pozwala doskonale odpocząć po trudach dnia - zwiedzanie, plaża. Aneks kuchenny i jego wyposażenie jest doskonałym dopełnieniem całego kampera i w zupełności wystarcza do przygotowania posiłków. Wybór tej formy odpoczynku jest doskonałą alternatywą dla hotelowego spędzania czasu. Tę formę odpoczynku i zwiedzania mogą też wybrać osoby w wieku 50+, nie ma się czego bać - ja jestem przykładem że można. Podsumowując, POLECAM każdemu SurfCampers i taki odpoczynek.
Jedziesz gdzie chcesz, zwiedzasz co chcesz, jesz co chcesz i śpisz gdzie chcesz - można by powiedzieć Wolność której nie ma w hotelowych ofertach gdzie wszystko jest zaprogramowane, śniadanie od..., obiad od....
