I was very impressed with the exceptional service provided by Surrey & London Roofing Specialists. Ben was incredibly responsive and helpful from the beginning. The father and son team were not only professional but also friendly and polite. Despite the challenging weather conditions with rain and wet weather, they persisted in completing the job and ensuring my roof was secure before the winter. When he had the ladder up to inspect my skylight, he even offered to help me clean the window, which was a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend their services to my neighbors and friends who are seeking a reliable and honest roofing company in the area.

Ben helped me out with a leak. He was clear about what needed to be done and what would be required long term. He was upfront and honest.

Ben was very knowledgeable, made good recommendations and sourced materials/scaffolding very quickly. His team are very professional and highly skilled. Ben would update us regularly on next steps and attempted to make cost savings where possible. The works were completed mostly on time, and they did a good clean up job afterwards. I needed a roof inspection on a property purchase that had a very short (24 hour) deadline. Ben and his colleagues were able to make the appointment asap, communicated effectively and thoughtfully throughout the process, and gave me detailed feedback from the site as well as evidentiary photos and videos to support their findings. Contacted them to get a quote for works

No response to any of my queries, despite multiple emails & request for call-back.
I kept waiting for weeks till I realised I will not get a response.

I understand that they might be busy or not interested in a smaller job like ours, but a good company would reply back at least & say they cant take this job on

I believe this is also part of customer service, hence the review

We called Ben out for an emergency as roof was leaking in multiple places. He came within hours and worked hard to stop leaks. He was honest and straightforward. He told us exactly what was wrong. He returned and did remedial work on whole roof, really great job and always straight talking.

Good communication, honest, provided before and after pictures, completed the job when he said he would. Did additional fixes. Top guy.

I cannot recommend Surrey & London Roofing highly enough. If I could give 10 stars I would! They reacted quickly, were extremely professional and tackled a job that I think most of their competitors would have walked away from. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

I had an emergency at home with blocked gutters in rainy weather and water started coming through the wall. Surrey&London roofing specialists came the next day, fixed the immediate issues and made other required fixes for a reasonable price. Happy with the service and would definitely recommend

With Storm Ciaran raging Surrey And London Roofing arrived within an hour of calling them and were immediately on the roof locating the problem. Clear investigation to find the source of our leak and provided a stop gap until the weather calms down for more repairs. Excellent service and communication. Recommend highly.

They came on time, gave me updates and pictures of any issues. The team were friendly and respectful. Great job.
