Honestly i thought it was a good tool. I was looking for a free survey tool for a simple survey. Just to discover after 60 minutes of creating my survey, that i was using a pro feature and have to pay else i can't publish it. The additional comment feature in my case.

I understand the marketing strategy here. Pointing out payment when the survey has already been created and the pain point is there. But in my case i was specifically looking for a free feature and got my time wasted. I would have preferred if you blocked the pro features or at least notified me right away.

Survey planet has been a really great resource for our organisation. It is very intuitive to use and the reports are useful and user friendly. The customer service has been excellent and very friendly. We will certainly be using them again.

Firstly, the team behind this site is really great and helpful. During their work hours they respond really quick via email and have a process where you can book in a tutorial on how to use their membership features.

I used this site to carry out research for my dissertation. I found the interface and layout to be really simple, easy to use, and when I had a query they were extremely quick to respond and help me out. A big shoutout to Dave on the email responses who's been so helpful.

Great survey website and great customer service!

- Very easy user interface.
- Outstanding customer service! I needed to fix a small glitch in my survey. On a Sunday no less, Ognjen (a.k.a. David) Ugljenovic not only fixed the issue, but took extra time to make sure I fully understood some of the features. He went over and above to make sure I was happy with the survey I created.
- The price is right (and lower than Survey Monkey, which I used last time I needed to create a survey, but they increased their prices out of my range.)

Excellent software and excellent customer service. I highly recommend Survey Planet to any business looking for a survey software.
