We recently used SurveySparrow to conduct a member satisfaction survey. The interface was extremely easy to use and intuitive. I did have a couple of questions through the process, but between their help database and chat with employees, they were quickly and thoroughly answered.

Overall I was pleased with SurveySparrow. The functionality for creating a survey was great. It was very easy to do and the set-up options for answers was pretty extensive (multiple choice, text field, etc.) My only complaint would be downloading reports. I'm sure that what I was hoping to get downloaded can be done, but it wasn't as simple as I'd like it to have been.

The templatization of the overall survey process makes it pretty quick a process. Also, I like the way they represent the final results, which makes them easy to consume and analyze.

It can start to create a personality of its own with a little more innovation. Currently, it seems like a more affordable alternative to Typeform.

I believe in their team, and am pretty confident that they can easily surpass Typeform or any other tool.

SurveySparrow is very easy to use. You are able to ask questions in several formats and the output from the reports is really easy to use as well. The one thing I would want to fix/upgrade is that I wish you could just pay per survey rather than having to pay a monthly fee. More of an a la carte option which would set SS apart from other services

Survey Sparrow was a great experience. Was able to create multiple surveys fully customisable with various themes and designs. Really appreciate the free trial that enabled me to use all of Survey Sparrows features for free!
Honestly would use it again next time I have to generate another survey.

Very easy and intuitive platform for enterprise survey needs. The integration with HubSpot and Slack is seamless. We were able to make the most out of the integration and needless to say the whole feedback process goes on without any hiccups.

System was not as flexible as I hoped for

Started using survey sparrow when I needed to collected signup info for my blog publication. I was able to make super nice looking and functional forms. Better than type form which I had initially tried.

We just purchased SurveySparrow to facilitate a customer experience survey with our guests. We chose it due to the simple but powerful user interface as well as customer ease of use. There are lot of options that allow us to create a survey in exactly the way that works for us, without requiring advance technical knowledge.

The products were great just arrived a little later than expected time to be delivered
