From start to finish, the staff have been extremely helpful and knowledgeable, helping us to choose the right bed and sorting our delivery as well as recycling the old bed.

We also found the prices very affordable - we saved over £1000 in total and are very happy, many thanks Sussex Beds team!

Ian was absolutely fantastic in helping me find the right bed for my spine, he was extremely patient, very kind and so knowledgeable, as i was trying the different mattresses.
He has worked there for years, I can see why he wouldn't want to leave, as this really is a very caring Family run business.
I looked online and else where, before I went to Sussex Beds, I always go to trust polite, for honest feed back, as company's can only use just the positive reviews.
A alot of online company's had amazing reviews, I then went into trust polite, to see how awful they were, infact 95%!! many saying the beds came broken, and they were not having emails replied to, so they were left £1,000s of pound out of pocket!
So I went along to Sussex Beds to try before I buy!!
Sussex beds went above and beyond for me, they kept me updated, in emails and the delivery team, text the day before with a time, and also called half an hour away, they were very polite, and put the bed together, even took there shoes off ..big☑️😁
The whole team are amazing, so if you need a fantastic bed, an honest company, (without the pushy salesman that iv had before) I wouldn't go anywhere else!

From first walking into the Worthing showroom to the delivery of my mattress the service was excellent. The mattress is 1st. class and it actually improved my sleep from the first night. Thank you everyone.

On entering was met by Ian who explained the number system of soft to firmness and left us to try various mattresses after choosing and a full explanation on how to keep the mattress in top quality we were then given total explanation on how their delivery system works would without doubt recommend the quality of service

We have had fantastic customer care from Karen at the Tonbridge branch. My elderly Mum with mobility issues wanted to purchase a recliner chair and a bed and Karen made the whole experience stress free for her. She was so helpful and respectful and explained everything clearly. I would highly recommend the branch and in particular Karen.

Karen was superb, sharing her expertise and enthusiasm to find the right mattress, and the right price package..
Also showed us bed frame that wasn’t in the shop on display which we have also bought.
You think it will be easier to buy online these days, but Karen demonstrated what personal service adds to the buying experience.

From ordering to delivery everyone was helpful polite and efficient keeping me informed at all stages a minor problem when the floor standing headboard didn’t fit was quickly resolved and replacement ordered which arrived couple weeks later.
I would definitely recommend.

A truly relaxing and enjoyable experience of purchasing a new mattress from Sussex Beds, which wasn't a surprise, being a returning customer! A really calm atmosphere in the Newhaven showroom with quality products and lots of choice: I would definitely recommend visiting.
Luke originally greeted us and made us welcome, answering all our questions clearly, so great first impression. I returned to check a few things a few days later and was greeted by Ronnie who is a lovely chap - really professional but personable too: he gave me plenty of his time to run through the options and to explain collection of an old mattress, delivery of the new one and payment options.

Lydia made the process simple. Her direct approach was refreshing as she cut straight to the essentials without making us feel rushed. The hardest part was picking the colour at the end of the process.

The service on ordering and delivery were excellent

We experienced excellent customer service from Gary in the Haywards Heath store, and we're very happy with our new mattress.

Very helpful and friendly adviser, Lydia, made the experience very satisfactory. The bed was delivered very quickly and the delivery men were great and also very helpful in getting the bed and other stuff set up for me. The bed and mattress are very comfortable and just what I needed - not cheap but definitely worth it. It looks and and feels very good quality. All in all a really good experience for an item which is so important in all ways. Have already mentioned you to a couple of friends.

On their website it says “Sussex beds is a true independent family business and this is immediately obvious with its warm welcome and relaxed shopping experience “ if only that were true!!

My experience at the Worrhing branch was anything but.

Disinterested man gave me a very unwarm welcome and showed no curiosity in finding out what k actually wanted.

I wanted to shop local and independent but instead went to dreams 50 yards away and get a very different experience and bought my mattress there!!

From start to finish this company are very good .
Karen in the tonbridge store was dry helpful lots of patience. Took time talking to me about my requirements.
