Couldn't be happier with our service. Had to wait a little while due to the company being very busy at this time but it was well worth the wait. Doug has been so helpful with, not only cleaning out pond, but providing us with loads of information on how to maintain the pond.

Doug and his co-worker did an excellent job of totally renovating our old pond - re-shaping, fitting a new liner and installing a pump and filter. Now looks great. Hard workers with excellent attention to detail. Helped with some good advice too. Would heartily recommend them. Thanks guys.

Doug has helped us restore a very old water garden. He has done a fabulous job and I would have no hesitation recommending him.

Doug is very knowledgeable and gives sound advice. He came to fit a new filter system and everything was done efficiently and cleanly no mess no interruption to the pond or fish. Doug and Craig have just constructed a small wildlife pond for us. We were a little anxious about doing everything online (due to covid restrictions) including design but need not have worried. We would definitely recommend them and the pond looks great.

Doug and team were prompt, completely professional, polite and communicative. In reseating our pond they were passionate about preserving the wildlife, which was very important to us. They were totally focussed on the job, worked really hard, and provided us with a beautiful pond with paving surround, and we are absolutely delighted. I can not recommend them enough, and I would always choose to use them again. Brilliant!

My sad pond was in need of a refurbishment but I did need someone expert help Doug the pond doctor was amazing, he came up with a lovely idea and I also needed a much bigger pump/filter. Thank you for a great job in placing our Koi in a holding tank whilst removing and replacing the pond liner, the brick capping around the pond was reseated, the pond pump and filter system were cleaned and the fish reinstated. Our garden was cleaned and left tidy. We can now see the bottom of the pond !

I wanted a wildlife pond in my garden. Sussex pond doctor constructed a beautiful deep pond with various levels, edged with large rocks, added water plants and a shallow pebble slope for bird to bathe. Lovely job, completed in a day and all left neat and tidy. Lovely friendly guys, highly recommended.

Doug and Craig transformed our tired, dull pond, edged with old paving slabs and showing ugly black liner into a sparkling, vibrant wildlife pond worthy of a Gold medal at Chelsea. From original vision and quote to planting and tidying up, the guys were professional, prompt and reliable. This was a substantial job, carried out with expertise and hard work.
