Pro-active and helpful - helped me find the perfect product with the right level of cover

Been using sustain for a few years now, John & Nick this year helped me out, what I really love about using these guys is everything is made so easy for the client and they always achieve the best rates and all the hard work for you which is perfect for anyone running a business! Sustain provided us with an excellent service; gave us what we wanted and very quickly. This impressed us. This is the second time we have used Sustain in the space of two weeks; the first for six houses and the latest for 28 apartments.

Business insurance can be such a minefield, especially for a small company. Nicola, at Sustain, was brilliant throughout in supporting our genuine best interests. She looked at other quotes competitors had sent, ensured we had all of the cover required and at the besst possible price. She did a thorough audit of our business so that she could be sure we were properly covered, and was never too busy to jump on a call to run through the more complicated parts. We were also delighted to partner with them as a fellow BCORP, they demonstrated these values throughout the whole sales and onboarding process.
