Fantastic service from start to finish. Item was delivered incredibly quick. The long line is very good quality and has made walks so much better with our pup while she's working on her recall. The line is comfortable in your hands and doesn't tangle round your dog's legs either. Easily washable. They aren't cheap but definitely worth the investment 👌

I liked the quality of leads but I thought the yellow would be brighter.
I think the longline 15 metres will take some getting used to purely as so much longer than what I'm used to but also heavier than imagined than the nylon one I'm used to.

Great quality strong lead that despite getting really filthy, it magically doesn't let dirt stick. I have never needed to clean it.

Saw the leads advertised on FB and they are as good as they say. Clean easily, the lead glides through the ground and love the colours.

Love my leads showed the family and the last one I ordered was for my daughter and she is highly delighted and she as now told her daughter my granddaughter which I am sure after exmass she will order one these are brilliant can highly recommend i won't be disappointed

I am delighted with the product and service that Swaggerpaws have provided. I pre-ordered a 5 metre long line lead on 1 November, accepting that the item was out of stock and it would be a while before I received it. The lead duly arrived on 15 December. I had been kept fully informed as to the progress of the order in the meantime, receiving two emails apologising for the delay - I do understand that sometimes delays which are longer than anticipated can not be avoided. I was delighted with quality and design of the lead but, unfortunately, the classic style which I had ordered turned out to be too heavy for my dog. I contacted the company on their contact form to ask if there was anything that could be done about my mistake. Benjamin from Swaggerpaws phoned me almost immediately! He couldn't have been nicer or more helpful, advising me to return the lead at the company’s expense, and sending out a lighter version - this arrived the following day. Service such as this is rarely found these days and I and my new rescued Italian pointer cross, Bella, are extremely impressed. Thank you Swaggerpaws!

I've already made my 1st purchase of 10m lite lead from Swaggerpaws a couple of weeks ago for my Yorkie and am so so happy with it! It gives my dog that freedom to run about and gives me the confidence that I still have him attached should he not come back when called! The lead is beautifully smooth, great colour to be seen on the grass, the hande is comfortable to hold & amazingly it just doesn't tangle up. I opted for the carabiner clasp (one of the main reasons at first I chose Swaggerpaws) because I feel the most confident with this kind of clasp for not coming undone unexpectedly. It is self locking so simple enough to open/close with fingers, but is very secure when shut. It's also a great lightweight clasp and though my dog is a Yorkie, there is no dragging on his harness, so happy dog, happy me!
I've been so pleased with it that I have since purchased 2 more leads from them, a 5m lite lead and a standard size which has now replaced a nylon lead I was using before.
Washing in a bowl of warm soapy water after walk and wiping dry, took only a couple of minutes and is all ready to use again.

Really chuffed with my purchases, I feel confident buying from Swaggerpaws again when need to and would recommend these leads confidently to other dog walkers.

Really poor service in regards to delivery. Stock had been back in for over 2 weeks before they dispatched it and multiple missed promises for dispatch dates. Then when finally dispatched, they sent with a cheaper service so no chance of hitting the delivery date given in the last promise.

The products are good but theres a real lack of accountability for missing promised dates. If they don't have enough people to fulfill orders, they shouldn't be selling. If you have sold preorders, you know exactly how many need to be sent out and should plan accordingly. Unfortunately they will stay a small brand if they don't invest in their growth by improving customer service.

Update - after speaking with the company, I was given a refund to make up for the missed promises which is appreciated.

Was surprised by the good reviews because my experience was quite disappointing. I have now finally received the dog lead more than 4 weeks after placing my order with SwaggerPaws. However, the process should not have been so difficult and it really shouldn't have taken so long for it to arrive. Unfortunately, I had to chase for updates on several occasions, and my order was only dispatched after posting a negative review about my experience. Credit where it's due, SwaggerPaws did apologise for my experience and the product looks very sturdy and exactly as described. Looking forward to using it on my next walk! For the product alone, I would have given 5 stars but I've had to deduct a couple for the inconvenience and delay.

Excellent, this is the long line I have been looking for, it doesn't get wet and heavy and easily slides through long grass and doesn't become tangled. It's a game changer for my dog who can't be let off the lead and give her the freedom to explore. Definitely 5 stars.
