We have used Swain Hennesey for the purchase and sale of two separate properties within the last year and can highly recommend them. They provide around the clock support and guidance, unlike the majority of estate agents where you are limited to normal office hours.

Amy's enthusiasm and infectious excitement really made our whole house buying process a breeze! Thank you 👍🏼 always prompt to respond to anything and nothing seemed too much.

Absolutely amazing girls. Sold my house in the first week and kept up with communication all the way to the end.
No matter what time of day it was they responded to messages straight away. Couldn’t have asked for more from them.
Thank you so much you are amazing.

After a string of failed sales a friend recommended Swain Hennesey. What a breath of fresh air! Enthusiastic, pro active and with passion they found me 4 viewers. All 4 put offers down and I sold the property within a month. Shame the solicitors have dragged things out, but I should be moving into my new house very soon. Thank you Amy for all your support.

Nicky has been great so far being a first time buyer we were both quite nervous but nicky helped us all day. We went to view a property with her, which she showed us around being able to answer any questions we had. With quick replies after the viewing and helping advise mortgage advisors as well as legal. So far Nikky has made a stressful time much easier and we can’t wait to carry on the process with her.

The service we received from Nikki from day one was exceptional. From the day we viewed the house her communication was so quick and frequent and nothing was too much trouble. It felt like very personal service and I would have no hesitation in recommending Swain Hennessey for sale or purchase. Even after our purchase she has been super helpful.

Amy was a great support when buying our property. I would have no hesitation in recommending Swain Hennessey if I decided to sell or buy another property.

It has been a real pleasure to deal with Amy of Swain Hennessey. Always ready with help and advice any day, any time.
After several months with another Estate Agent, Amy sold our house within two weeks and was regularly in touch to keep us updated on proceedings.
Thank you Amy

Excellent communication, proactive in chasing both parties. Really friendly and availabie all day.

Amazing refreshing service from Amy nice to have an estate agent so personable and caring. After an awful experience previously with a house fall through Amy made sure that wasn’t going to happen again. Thank you Amy for everything.

The perfect independent agents
I was on the market some time with another agent, not receiving the greatest of services. I viewed a property that SH were selling and the agents enthusiasm was infectious, so much so I swapped to SH. Sold on the first accompanied viewing. Cannot fault their service. They know their properties inside and out.

Amy and Nicky were both so friendly and helpful with purchasing my property. They were so responsive and helped things to move along as quickly as they could. Thanks so much!

Well, five stars aren’t really enough to describe the amazing service we received from this excellent estate agent! Swain Hennessey were at the end of the phone whenever we needed to speak to someone who knew what they were talking about! Gentle reassurance was in abundance and helped to smooth the process of selling our property and I honestly can’t praise them highly enough. I would have no hesitation in recommending their dedication and professionalism.

We recently sold our 4-bedroom detached house in Oakenholt through Swain Hennessey Estate Agents, and the whole experience was a joy from start to finish. They were incredibly efficient, securing us a confirmed sale within just 5 days of signing the contract.

Amy was always available – no matter the day or time – to answer any questions and kept us fully updated throughout. She also went the extra mile to keep things moving, chasing solicitors where needed to ensure the process stayed on track.

Both Amy and Nicky were fantastic to work with, and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to sell their home.

Constant communication made this purchase simple and straightforward.
We received more information and updates than from our solicitor which was fantastic.
We made multiple visits to measure up and the ladies were always accommodating and present for our request. Professional and reliable throughout.

Very speedy service, friendly, reliable, knowledgable, available at any time to help and do viewings. We were on with another agent for a year, Swainhennessy sold in less than a week!

I can’t recommend Swain & Hennessey enough. They have gone above and beyond and supported us throughout the sale of my property. The whole process was completed within about 8 weeks and they were on hand every step of the way and their communication was excellent throughout and they are always approachable and proactive. They work extremely hard to provide an excellent service and it was appreciated.

Nicky & Amy was amazing, beyond speedy service helped us get on the market straight away with viewings. Love the app they use too, kept us informed all the time and really happy cannot recommend enough!! Very flexible which was the clear difference, helped us outside of our 9-5 job to accomodate viewings and questions. Thank you both so much xx

Nicky was very helpful throughout and her recommendations for solicitors and financial advisor were spot on.
