Simple to deal with , Michael explained everything clearly and well

Michael was very attentive and helpful. Was patient throughout was apologised when there was a delay. Listened to my requests, given me different options of where I could save money .

Cheapest flights I could find and very patient when I changed my stopover details.

I was looking to book a ticket through what I thought was the Emirates websiteto go to Dubai stay for a week then fly on to Brisbane. I was given a price and told the agent, whom I assumed was a Emirates rep, that I had to check the dates with my family in Dubai and Australia. I was advised that I should reserve the price of the tickets by putting down a deposit of £200 and was assured would be fully refundable if I cancelled within 24 hours.

When I called the agent the next morning and told him the dates were inconvenient and that I wanted my deposit refunded, I was offered a voucher which was not acceptable. The rep then agreed to return the £200 and asked for my bank details in order to do this which would be in a couple of days. At that time, I realised that the company I was dealing with was not Emirates.

Since agreeing to refund the money, it has taken numerous, almost daily, phone calls eventually to get, after ten days just £180 returned.

Just been on the chat with Kevin Johnson, he was so helpful, he spent time searching for me flights to New Zealand and when I told him my budget he found me a really good deal. I am really pleased with his service and will use this again in the future, Thank you Swanky Travels :)

John Belfort is amazing. Not only is he friendly and very patient but he did his best to get me out of a tricky situation.
I work as a Personal Assistant and had booked a flight through esky for someone else with KLM airlines and they kept changing my flight without notice.

John was able to secure a last minute flight with KLM at our preferred times. He worked overtime and soothed me in these times of stress.

How lucky was I to booked my ticket with John Belfort. I was scheduled to depart Heathrow on 26/02/2022 and required a ticket leaving Johannesburg within 3 months. To say I was panicking was an understatement. I could not check in until I had proof of a future flight. I spoke with John who was extremely helpful, highly efficient and proactively engaged with helping with my urgent predicament. Needless to say, John took control of the situation and within the hour had a confirmation email. Please try imagine my relief! The stress of the airline not permitting my check in was instant and my relief was profound. Not only had John rescued me from a very dire and costly outcome, but had done this with keeping me informed throughout the whole process. I thoroughly and completely recommend to all that to book with John Belfort is an excellent start to any trip - holiday or
