This exchange turned out to be completely unreliable. They blocked my funds without providing any proof or explanation. The payout was never processed, and they also refused to return my money. Their support gives vague answers and avoids responsibility. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this service. It behaves more like a scam than a legitimate exchange.

I sent approximately one thousand dollars in cryptocurrency to this exchange for a conversion service in late November 2025.

My funds were blocked immediately after receipt. The explanation given was that my wallet showed a very high risk level in their compliance check.

When I investigated this claim myself using publicly available blockchain analysis tools, I discovered a significant inconsistency in their approach.

THE ISSUE:

According to the same risk assessment service they used to evaluate my wallet, I found:

- My sending wallet: Approximately 99 percent risk marker
- Their receiving wallet: 100 percent risk marker
- The original source wallet: Less than 50 percent risk

I asked their support team multiple times to explain why my wallet with a slightly lower risk percentage warranted blocking, while their own wallet showing an even higher percentage was apparently acceptable for normal operations.

Their response was simply to request identity verification documents and stated that further discussion was unnecessary.

TECHNICAL EXPLANATION:

This appears to be what blockchain analysts call "marker inheritance" - when cryptocurrency moves through different wallets, each subsequent wallet can inherit risk flags from previous transactions in the chain.

The fact that their own wallet showed the highest risk level after receiving my transfer suggests this is a technical artifact of how these assessment tools work, rather than evidence of actual wrongdoing.

If my understanding is correct, this raises questions about the fairness of applying such policies selectively.

METHODOLOGY CONCERN:

I also checked the original source wallet through a different assessment service, which showed a much lower risk level.

Different compliance tools can produce significantly different results. Industry best practice suggests checking the original source of funds rather than intermediate addresses.

MY POSITION:

I received these funds as payment for selling digital entertainment items, which is a legal transaction. I was completely unaware of any concerns about the funds origin and did not personally use any mixing or tumbling services.

I have declined to provide personal documentation because:

1. The original source shows low risk on alternative services
2. Their own wallet displays the same risk marker
3. The logical inconsistency in their policy has not been addressed
4. Concerns about data security without disclosed regulatory jurisdiction

RESOLUTION ATTEMPTS:

I filed a formal complaint through the listing platform where this exchange is featured. As of this review, the matter remains unresolved and my questions about the assessment inconsistency have not been answered.

RECOMMENDATION FOR OTHERS:

Based on my experience, I would suggest:

- Use multiple independent assessment tools before accepting large amounts
- Understand how different tools can show different results
- Ask exchanges to explain their risk assessment methodology
- Be aware of the "marker inheritance" phenomenon
- Request clear explanations before sharing sensitive documents
- Verify the exchanges policy on returning funds if issues arise
