Bre vem. wales, rescued me, and my lost money was recovered in the process.

I have been trying to get in touch with customer support for two weeks now. Each time I get a response saying I sent my Support request is from the wrong email address but that was not true. Their system for Support is broken. I am trying to buy swap credits and they are just not helping me. It’s the worst customer service ever.

It's so convenient and easy to use the interface. The directions are clear and concise. I couldn't imagine transferring my money any other way. The old ways are just too much stress and not enough gain. Swapsy is the way to go for sure.

I went through a few transactions with Swaysy and I am very satisfied with them. This business puts security measures on each step of the process. The transaction fee is very reasonable.

May i sent money to China Wechat from USA, and the WeChat account owner is using USA Passport to open the WeChat account, he is not A Chine resident, it work on your company to transfer money. Thanks

It is good for small amounts. I get charged $10 USD for receiving a wire, so when I transfer less than $2500 USD this fee makes more sense.

The application process went smooth, sending the money via PayPal to the contact was no problem and got approved by Swapsy. The process stopped at this moment, no text/mail received for transfer during 10 days, poor customer support, no feedback at all. Finally I got the money in my e-wallet, without any notification in advance.....

I was a long-term customer using Swapsy to swap USD to CNY. The experience prior to 2023 was great. I didn't use it in the past 2 years until 1 weeks ago when I initiate a swap of around $800. 6 days have passed, I didn't receive anything. As it declare that most of transaction can be done in 48 hours, I have keep sending inquires on why I didn't receive the fund every day. No response so far. I have also send request to cancel the pending transaction and no response either. It makes me thinking it looks like a scam and I have lost the money! In that case, what should I do to sue them? Can I file a complaint to small business court? I have all the records of Zelle transfer and emails I sent to Swapsy support. Any help is appreicated!

I have received the exchanged fund. Looks like it is just slow service, not good experience but it worked.

Registered with Alipay and received currency quickly. The process went smoothly. I will do more swapsy in the future

I just completed 2 swaps, one on 10/13/2025 and the other on 10/15/2025, using Zelle to transfer USD to the recipient and Alipay to receive CNY from the payer. Both time went smoothly. Each of the CNY payments was received in my Alipay account the same day the Zelle payment was confirmed. I would recommend those visiting China to get some CNY in their Alipay or WeChat Pay wallets through Swapsy before the trip because digital payment is now much more popular in China than cash.

This is a great place for currency swap, and it make sure you did receive the money in order to be proceed.

In Aug 15, I sent the full amount of 1,114 USD to the seller and seller confirmed the proof of transfer during the same day. But in Aug 16, I received the notification that the seller has already sent me the CNY; then I opened my account to double checked that: nothing happen and I have received 0 out of 7,999 CNY. So, I immediately clicked the dispute and entered the issue during the chat box --- but no one responded since 8/16. I did send two emails to the Swapsy Support to describe my situation but still no one process it.
For Swapsy, if you see this review, please reply to me and make payment correctly or your guys could pay it back to me; Then I will delete this review.

Customer service is extremely slow and clearly provided by non-native English speakers who do not understand English. I have been trying to get my money back for over a week for a transfer error and my request for the information I need to get my money back has been continually ignored. Until they sort out this customer service nightmare, avoid this company. They will not help if you have a problem. So far I have lost nearly $1000 on this service.
