Professional cleaning, great attitude and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

This company is unacceptable. They overcharge and leave many areas unclean. I am very disappointed with their service. Customer service is not helpful at all, and they don’t even provide a phone number.
I strongly recommend using another service.

I don't write reviews too often, but this cleaning company went beyond my expectations so they deserve a few minutes of my time to write this review.

Their team was punctual, professional, and incredibly thorough. Every surface was spotless, and the attention to detail was impressive. Communication was smooth throughout, and the price was very fair for such premium service. I couldn’t be happier and will definitely be using SWClean again — highly recommended! Thanks!

Fast and reliable, easy communication.

I booked a service for a deep clean. Initially company presented well with easy to use website and swift response. When booking, it stated that a Deep clean would require 6 hours and x2 people. I was impressed by this and for the price. On the day of the service I received another (another) confirmation stating that x2 cleaners at 3 hours each. A little disappointed but had high hopes that the service would be completed at a good standard. The cleaners arrived earlier than booked which was fine if not better. They were very friendly but were unable to speak English so was using a translator on their phone. I am not sure how accurate the translator was because the service I received was mopping, vacuuming and a wipe down of surfaces noticeable to the eye and not hidden areas. This is when I realized the services listed on the website does not list exactly what what’s covered. In my younger years I had a brief cleaning job to earn a few bob. Standard cleaning entailed wiping/cleaning of cupboards, doors, surfaces, skirting boards, window cills/frames. I could go on but this is not what I received. I attempted to contact the main office whilst the cleaners were still on site to clarify what the service actually entailed. They were very vague but got the gist that if it’s an item like a cooker or fridge that will not me moving it to clean behind it. So this was not a deep clean. Still marks and stains on door dust on window cills etc. I sent photo evidence and that’s when everything went silent. I checked a review on a another site and the same thing happened to that person. This is not a professional cleaning company and they are very slap dash. I’m very disappointed and have lost my money on a rubbish fraudulent service.
