Three stars until my redemption is processed only because there was glitch during the transaction and now I’m a little worried. Will update when the transaction is processed and give 5 stars!

This will be my first time ever wasting my time to write a review. Do NOT deposit money on this website. They offer “unreal” deposit bonuses to get you to deposit multiple times and then when it’s time to pay out you won’t hear back from them. I’ve personally deposited $740 and have been waiting for “approval” to redeem a total of $1485 since April 11th (today marks 8 days of silence from them). It’s obvious they are using the money they are raking in from customers to either throw in an account and accrue interest (because even when customers charge back they will still profit risk free using OUR money) or they will be planning a big exit scam and shut the website down when they feel like they’ve hoarded enough of our money! I will be charging back with my bank!! Also if you did deposit, request a new card from your bank because untrustworthy scammers like this will 100% try to steal more money from you using your saved deposit methods when they shut down the website and disappear.

Will update this if I hear anything from them about what is going on

I redeemed 160 3 days ago it haven’t got approve or nothing then you got email customer support there no chat and they don’t email you back I’m starting to think this a scam site

I downloaded this site about a month ago and I thought I ran into the best site in the world because of the buying $50 for $100 is the best one for me after playing and winning some money I attempted to redeem my winnings and it’s been about four weeks so far and still nothing. I reached out to the support team and they told me they can’t do nothing. I just have to wait on the financial department, but there’s no way to get a hold of them. I played it on a lot of platforms, but I never encountered anything like this before. this is a living nightmare imagine spending your last dime, thinking they were going to pay you and now your left broke. I wish I was a lawyer. If you decide that you want to assist me, my username is. Lukeyvuitton can you guys just process the redemption please? I have bills to pay.

Been waiting on my redemption for almost 2 weeks I've emailed them 3 or 4 times still no response I don't get why this site is still even up

I submitted a redemption and it says SUCCESSFUL. Reached out to them via email because I haven't received it in my bank account yet and they said they don't see a redemption on their ends. 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️
So I screenshotted it and emailed them back with the screenshot and haven't gotten a response yet.

Have $340 in pending redemptions since April 3rd and support is basically non-responsive. They can't even give me an payout date estimation. Do NOT play here. So many other sites. I will update here if I ever get paid out.

UPDATE: Support has got back to me and confirmed that payment should be received this week. I will update this review upon successful redemption to 5 stars.

DO NOT PUT MONEY INTO THIS SITE. They will ban you the second you try to withdraw or get ahead.

I just received a vague, automated email stating I am permanently suspended because my activity "doesn't align with the fair play spirit." They refused to provide a specific reason, cited no specific rule I broke, and gave me zero warning. I purchased my welcome bonus and got up to $100 and wanted to withdraw went through the process and after that, that’s when they sent me the email from their financial team saying. That activity that I had didn’t align with their fair play so they just took my hundred dollars. And they had a nerve to call it bonus abuse I didn’t abuse anything.

If I could give this casino a negative 100 I would they have scammed me out of hundreds...I won 500 dollars and weeks went by and they're still pending... So I tried 2 email them and your emails go unanswered... Out of atleast 10 or more emails they've responded twice... So I said nevermind the 500 just give me a refund on the money I spent with u guys which was nowhere close 2 what I won.... So u best believe they were quick 2 do that and said expect 2 receive the refund within 5 days it's been a week I'm truly baffled with this horrible experience and how quick they were 2 issue a refund even tho I still haven't got that either smfh

I purchased a package for 49.99 and it shows pending since April 4th. I have emailed them 6 times asking about the funds taken out of my account and showing pending for the last 3 days but no response at all. My bank told me to wait 7 business days and if no response they’ll deal with it and return my money. How disappointing!!

I AM GONNA review this AGAIN because I AM VERY UPSET ! On April 1rst at 834 am I bought in 35 USD for 50 sweeps .. THE transaction failed .. SO I tried again in which it WENT through .. I have 50 sweeps pending in my account that Support WILL NOT respond to my emails .. I HAVE receipts from where it went through on my debit card and screen shots of the pending SC just setting in my account .. I HAVE EMAILED SUPPORT 10 times .. NO ONE will even respond to me .. I AM VERY MAD ! Either give me my SC or refund my money FFS ! AND FOR YOUR RUDE SUPPORT SYSTEM that doesn't even take a moment to respond is just out of this world . I have never seen a casino like this ! TRUST I PLAY MANY !!!! This is very unprofessional.. Bad for business ! I have bought in MANY times .. This only happened once before in which they added my sweeps .. but this time .. NOT even a response to my emails ! I HAVE proof they were bought . SO give me what I paid for or REFUND my money .. I can put it on another casino .

So far horrible experience. 100 redemtion been pending for 4 days. Looks like i will never recieve it after reading many reviews. It was won off of money i deposited and to make it worse when i checked my bank account the amount was deducted twice. I never recieved the double sc from sweeplasvegas. Hopefully they come thru.. seems they have for some people.

Wish I would of looked on here before making a purchase. Bought a welcome package they took my money and I got nothing. No response on help. Just got ripped straight off. Don't use . They need to be shut down!

Not only have I been waiting on my redemption for like 2 weeks now, they only let you redeem $100 ONE TIME EVER off free bonuses, unless you deposit.
Maybe I’d deposit if I had more faith in the redemption process but I’m afraid so far I don’t.

Submitted a redemption over a month ago. Customer service just gives the same generic and scripted response. Starting to wonder if I will ever receive my payout.

Put a few hundred on the site and won a pretty big amount only for it to never to be able to redeem it. Set there for weeks and weeks and just the same thing responses from the support which wasn't much besides saying be patient they are having a lot of people redeem high amounts. I should of read the reviews before putting money on the site so that's on me. I just asked for my account to be deleted and won't waste any more money on this site. Never had a site not give me my winnings. Anyways beware of the this one!!!

Almost $200 straight gone without a single bonus. 50 cent maxbet. Absolutely horrible. Permanently closed my account
