Sweet Genie Reviews

I ordered a tub of jelly filled bears and according to the sweet genie ingredient list, it had no gelatine. When I received the tub of sweets, the tubs ingredient list stated the sweets had gelatine. The ingredient list on the website must match the sweets' tubs ingredient list so it is more reliable for people with certain dietary requirements.

The sweetie come are so lovely and they came very quickly thank you

Excellent!! Came within 2 days and in perfect condition. Thank you 😁 it was my first time buying off this site and I already have another order in place.

Both orders ive made the package arrived so well protected which is fantastic coz I ordered a lot of glass bottles. They offer free delivery when you spend over £35 (I believe), shipping is SUPER fast, I ordered before 2pm & got my order the next day.
Prices are so reasonable & they offer so many American products that nobody else seems to offer.
Everything is run by really nice people & as long as theyre in business, ill be putting orders in.
Seriously top draw 👌

Was skeptical as the limited edition Dr Pepper I ordered is very hard to come by, if not, non existent in the UK. Very happy that it arrived 48 hours later and the blue skull sweets I ordered are so good too! Will definitely be ordering again.

A great range of sweets and chocolates which brought back good memories - both when choosing the items and then again when eating them!

Fast delivery products sent as ordered is good packaging.

Delivery was fast however customer service is poor, a lot of sweets in the bargain box were fused to the wrapper, i do understand they are past the bbe but being fused to the wrapper is not acceptable.
I did email them all i got was "the bargain box are expired" i replied back and heard nothing since.
However that being said the drinks, other sweets and chocolate were absolutely fine.

Great service again, quick delivery.
Thanks again

I had an excellent experience with this company from start to finish. Their communication was great and delivery was quick.
Had a couple of questions that were answered quickly and thoroughly and with a sense of humour!!
It’s rare these days to come across a business that truly prioritises customer service, as well as having a sense of humour!! This company absolutely does. They’ve restored my faith that excellent service still exists, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. I will definitely use them again!

Really helpful customer services. I was able to pre order and choose a delivery date a month out. Thanks for the help in that!

Good product range (drinks sachets) at reasonable prices with efficient delivery

Can’t get these sweets in Wales delighted to get them through post a little touch of Scotland came really quickly

I have ordered from these folks a few times, and have never been disappointed. They have a great selection, really good prices, and honestly, I think they might be geniuses, based on the brilliant descriptions on the website, and the invariably clever packaging. Shipping is fast, there are loyalty discounts... what's not to love? I will order from them again and again!

As described in the pics.

This is the second time I have ordered from Sweet Genie. The value is always great and the kids love the sweets (they were for party bags). The packaging is so cute, with personalised labels and ribbons, and the postage is super fast. I won't use any other company other than them now, both times have been fantastic.

Really quick delivery and fantastic communication throughout. I ordered some wedding sweets and also sweet cones for my daughter and had a message shortly after asking which sticker we would like for the sweet cones :) Thanks so much for your great service x
