I’ve had an absolutely fantastic experience with this company. Been ordering off them for a few years now for my small business. After a small mix-up with my order, the customer service team went above and beyond—I got a ton of free products as an apology, and when there was still a small error, they sorted it promptly and are sending me the correct items—plus extras! Every person I spoke to was kind and helpful. I can’t recommend them enough—they are so generous! That’s customer service for you! Thank you all so much again. I spoke to a lady named Gabriella, I didn’t catch the name of the lady I spoke to this morning but she was so lovely and friendly and I can’t thank you all enough. Placed an order paid by card in the morning, last thing on that day lady rang to say I need to pay otherwise order wouldn't be sent! I told her I'd paid that morning, she said that payment hadn't been noted and that I should have sent an email to say I'd paid. I pointed out I put the reference on the payment! Should be any easy job to check payment s and not my job to do your accounts department's work! Over 30 years with Paul Mitchell never had a problem!
