I’d give a zero. I bought Winnie the Pooh coins. They looked embossed but they were laminated stickers on a flat disc. I complained and did get a response but only offered 10% refund.

Don’t buy from them.

I would give them a zero but it doesn’t seem to allow a lower number than one star! This company is a ripoff. Ships from China. Not from the United States. The quality is not a cotton blend embroidered baseball hat, it’s some crappy, cheap, thin, polyester blend. Worst experience I’ve ever had. DO NOT PURCHASE anything from Swektsky.com #DontBuyFromSwektsky #TotalRipoff

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Worse company I've ever dealt with. Order a product from them but decided to cancel a couple of hours later. Emailed straight away to cancel, with all the details needed like it asks in terms and conditions. Coming up to a week now of them refusing to cancel and just telling me to wait for it to arrive and see if I like it as they have lots of good reviews. I keep repeating i don't want it and to cancel but they just ignore me and say it's about to be ship. They are scamers and need shutting down.

Swektsky products are low quality and deceptive! They will lie to you and use unfair tactics to avoid compensation to you!

The rating I would give them is 0 but it would not let me leave it blank. I ordered a 250th anniversary baseball cap and they sent me a completely different item. They offered me 10% off ( I didn’t even like the item they sent) the baseball cap they sent (that had nothing to do with the 250th anniversary) or said I could return it and they gave me an address in China. They refused to reimburse the postage. After going back and forth, they ended up offering me 30% off. I refused. They stopped answering my emails.

Like everyone else on here, I ordered what I thought was going to be a beautifully embroidered baseball cap made in the USA commemorating the 250th US anniversary. What i received was junk, the flag on the side and the on the front was screen printed and it was a nylon cap, not cotton/polyester as advertised. I also paid for expedited shipping believing it was being shipped from somewhere in the US. 8 days later I looked at the tracking to see that it had not even left China yet....24 days later I actually received the caps and was very disappointed. They offered me a 10% compensation and could I accept that. I said No and wanted my full refund as also advertised on the website.....crickets

Avoid this company at all cost. The item shows that it is an embroidered 100% cotton baseball cap. It’s nylon it’s cheap poor quality, nothing on it is embroidered so the item I received does not match the description of what I ordered. Their website says they have 100% customer satisfaction. Or return for full refund. This company is offering me a 20% compensation. This company is bad news do not order

Ordered what i thought was a beautiful coin only to receive a cheap thing with stickers on emails to say how dissatisfied I was they offered me a 20% refund or I could send it back at my cost so I have opened a dispute with PayPal

If I could rate them lower, I would. Chinese made trash. Ordered a cap. Never seen one so cheaply made. Picture in the add is incorrect. Do not order from this place!

Had to leave 1 star since 0 wasn't an option. Bought commemorative coins from Swektsky.com and received slugs with stickers on them. Product was advertised as “multi-metal finishing”, “intricate design”, “unique, limited edition”, “Facebook Verified Local Vendor". Advertisement couldn't be more misleading. Only option is to ship product back to China (even though it was shipped FROM California) at a cost that is greater than the cost of the product - CLEARLY A SCAM!!! PayPal is aiding and abetting the scam by platforming these con artists.

I ordered five of those 250 anniversary caps are supposed to be embroidered and I got one I paid for 3 to 7 days shipping And all I received was one cap that was screen printed on very unhappy. They got me for a few dollars they won’t get me again very unsatisfied they scam me.

I actually would not give this Swetsky coin scam not even one star!!! It is a bad scam they cost me $19.00 and I received 3 cheap metal huge slugs with penny stickers on them. The site claimed 100% guarantee on the products but they will not refund money. It shows up as Facebook clickbait, but even their Google website is such a huge scam. Be careful when ordering from places like this. I learned my lesson and am just grateful it wasn’t for more$$ Those scammers made a a lot of $$$ off all of us.

Ordered a 250th Anniversary cap from these people. They clearly advertised 100% made in the USA and had a video of fine embroidery stitching and embroidered flags on each side. I received a flimsy material cap with the image screened on, no embroidery, no flags. When I pursued the issue they told me the only way I could be fully reimbursed would be to send the product back to a Chinese address at a cost to me of greater than the value of the original product.

I couldn't leave zero stars to leave a review, I unfortunately purchased a package offered of 10 coins for holiday gifts; I unfortunately spent over $40 dollars & even bought the extra insurance that was offered.
I am a disabled person with limited funds, so I thought with the loss of the penny that I'd give a nostalgic coin in remembrance of it as gifts to family members. This was my choice of a gift for my family members that I never received, and now having my emotions played with by the workers responding to my concerns.
What a sucker they found in me..

What was advertised was a coins that are stamped I got a slug with a label on it. They want mo to ship it to China for full refund but the address it came from was in the US.I turned them into paypal these people are crooks

I purchased coins from them and they literally sent me what looks like aluminum blanks with color printed images of what is suppose to be the obverse and reverse side of the coin. lol Wow you definitely scammed me for $40.00!

This company is a scam from China they claim that their product is made in the USA, the domain was started in February 2025. They claim they are a "trusted Seller of PayPal". They sold "last penny coins" claiming they were made in the USA with 100% satisfaction refund, they sent 5 pieces of junk metal with stickers on it. When I request my 100% satisfaction guaranteed return they started with an offer of 10%, 20% then final back on up to 70% back and forth each time I said no I want 100% these are fake coins. This seems to be a new tactic of offering a low ball percentage from China merchants.
I did a dispute with PayPal gave my receipt and all their fake claims including screenshots, with the guarantees, they are nothing more than a scam, they will not give you 100% refund unless you return it to china. Don't fall for it! They do not have a return policy posted on their website they finally claimed in order to get 100% refund. They have fake promises in order to fraud the consumer. PayPal denied my claim saying I didn't provide a receipt which was not true, I did I also purchased it through PayPal. So they scammed them too and I'm out of the money I spent. If these are coins are "made in the USA" they is posted in their website at authentic, then why would I need to send them back to China for a full refund? Stating this to PayPal however somebody did not do their due diligence. It's an elaborate scam to get money from from you and you have to fight for it without resolution, they are very convincing, however it was Facebook clickbait.
I actually went to the website and found it to look authentic, fooled me by using Facebook and PayPal saying that they are a trusted Seller, 100% satisfaction refund back... and claiming that these fake coins are "collectible" but they have no value, just a round piece of metal with a sticker on it. Try to tell you that they have many positive feedback, however if you go to Facebook and you'll look on Reddit you will see that it's a scam. Don't buy from them!

Total fraud here. Ordered on thanksgiving. Their tracking says it was delivered Christmas eve. Nothing received. But since fake-o tracking says delivered, no recourse. Of course, shipping insurance was worthless. Another Chinese rip-off. Paypal will not support the customer with this company. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered Christmas cards the 2nd week in November and still have nit received my order. I have requested a full refund over 5 times and received the same messages over and over. Your order is on its way. Please inspect order and if not satisfied please return.
What a horrible company to deal with. I’m eating my cost and will probably never order anything on line again.
