Hi Edward, thank you for your review, I do tend to agree with you, however it is very difficult to have a simplified delivery cost as every single item is a different size and weight, so we have just a few standard options. Delivery costs from the couriers are always rising and along with fuel costs these are going quite high at the moment. Splashdrone 3+ check and repair
I needed my Splashdrone 3+ looking at quickly as the camera gimballing had seized apparently due to salts that had built up. Quickly as I needed it to take abroad for some filming at sea. Nicholas was able to do the necessary checks and free it the same day as it was received at Swellpro. First class service and communications.

Perfect and quick Support
I had massive problems with calibration. I flicked the sticks on the RC as often before, but nothing happened. I am from Austria. So I called in the UK. The Support was great, quick, patient and very competent. Now everything works fine. thx a lot

Swellpro: Friendly & Professional
I reached out to Swellpro Uk when my Spry+ motors wouldn’t engage or respond to the controller. They answered very quickly & after looking at a screenshot of the info on the controller they immediately diagnosed the problem. It needed a firmware update & when I didn’t know how to install it they got back with all info needed & a small vid to help me .. I found dealing with Swellpro UK easy with their friendly professional manner .. would highly recommend them 😀
Now looking forward to fly my drone once again ..

It is the second time I have to comment about Swellpro UK.
I have to admitt that I am not an expert and I had to press them with countless questions in order to put things in order and bypass a quite complicated (at least for me) issue. Although they had nothing to do with me as a client (I did not buy the drone from them) they were next to me until we succesfully solved the problem and now I can FLY.
