Pathetic customer support they reply in every 4-8 min and don’t resolve the issues. I ordered the watch in open box and delivered when i was not in home and my family accepted and later I found product seems duplicate and uncomfortable in wearing. I tried to connect to customer care they want me to coordinate with brand and wasted my 2 hours and not ready for return where customer has time to return in under 7 days even in open delivery. Worst app report it and I’ve posted in LinkedIn and going to post in twitter.

Delivery was mostly on time, but the app sometimes doesn't work well.

I received someone else's order and I informed Swiggy support instantly, also shared images but then sent me an email that I made a false caim and they won't refund me. Order misplacement is acceptable but this kind of support is not.
On call their rep Rahul said I should provide images in chat and hung up on me while acting like he can't hear me...on chat another guy denied to help and asked me to email...and now on my email I get no response. Even after following their "not at all satisfying" procedure, I get nothing. I drag this to consumer court and get married money back..

Swiggy is not a food delivery company. Actually it is a group of trained robbers & scammers, who knows how to loot people properly.
