Great experience from start to finish
Great experience from start to finish. Our trainer Nathaniel was engaging and informative and ensured a great learning environment in the practical pool segments and during the theory segments. Training days can usually feel a bit dull, but this one definitely wasn’t - Thanks Nat! Our assessor Zaier put everyone at ease whilst remaining professional during examination. Not worth it
A lens/eye piece was dislodged. I managed to put it back but of course now very unsure if it will stay or not.
Bought form Australia, shipped from the UK with a AUD60 shipping fee for an AUD80 glasses.
Did not bother to return as it may cost me as much. Never again. A person emailed me reassuring me that feedback will be passed on but that is it!!!
NEVER again. Aussies, do not buy. I was duped.

Tried to cancel and get a refund
Bought shampoo and conditioner and pressed buy before I read the final charge. I was charged more for postage than the price of the shampoo and conditioner. I immediately tried to cancel my order and emailed them. but, I got no response.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worth the Wait – Great Investment for My Swim Club
I got the SONR Swim Kit for my swimming club, and honestly, it’s been a fantastic investment. I saw some reviews mentioning delays in delivery, but in my case, it only took a few extra days, which really wasn’t an issue. This is a long-term piece of equipment, and I’d rather wait a bit longer for something high quality than rush into buying something subpar.
The kit itself works brilliantly! Clear audio, easy to use, and it’s made coaching so much smoother. I don’t agree with some of the negative reviews at all. Swimcore has been reliable, and their customer service was great when I had a couple of questions before ordering.
Would definitely buy from them again.

FAULTY GOODS & POOR CUSTOMER SEVICE
FAULTY GOODS. DO NOT PURCHASE. CUSTOMER SEVICE IS AWFUL. I ordered a pair of triathlon shorts for £65. Worn once and washed once following the correct washing advice on the label. Chamois fell apart and broke into pieces. What made things worse was that customer services refused to replace or refund the faulty goods.

Firstly, we have been in regular communication with you regarding your concerns. We have always responded promptly and professionally, which contradicts your claim about poor customer service.
Secondly, your request for a refund was based on an item that had been used and washed.
Upon reviewing the photos you provided, we found no clear evidence of a manufacturing defect. As per our terms and conditions, we cannot issue refunds for used items unless a clear defect is identified.
Finally, we offered a 30% off on your next order initially and also to replace the item as a gesture of goodwill, despite the lack of visible faults. Unfortunately, you declined this resolution in favour of leaving this review.
We are a small business committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service. While we understand that not all experiences will meet expectations, we believe your review is not reflective of the facts in this case.
