Thief company and bad experience they cancel my ticket and take my money and I contact them and nothing happened

I reserved a ticket through Wego/swingi on saudi airlines. I recieved dummy ticket no electronic ticket received. try to call but mobile was closed
and no phone calls answer.no email reply, complain was sent for wego through the email after that the amount of ticket refund to my account. I reserved on 18 Nov 2019 and refund on 23 Dec 2019
Today on 8th jan 2020, found the amount of ticket debited again from my credit cards

what is this Swingi.com they are cancelling the ticket without permission but I amgld they return back the money. Be aware of this site.

I have flight tomorrow, when i am checking online ticket is cancelled and money is deducted from account. I tried calling them but mobile is switched off and their company is vanished.

Can anyone suggest how to get the refund from them. Their website is blocked and i dont know how to get to them.

Please anyone suggest how to register compliant. We need to complaint against the swingi

Money refunded today December 24, 2019 for November 26, 2019.

So finally satisfied with the refund from the paytab.

But the amount is debited again on January 08, 2020

hi guys, i got refund after 46 days. these guys are good but at the moment in a situation. be patient my advise

عملت حجز واخذوا المبلغ بعد كذا ما ارسلوا التذاكر ارسلت لهم ايميل ردوا بعد كم يوم انه يوجد مشكلة في النظام وقت الحجز مما ادى الى فشل العمليه وسيتم اعادة المبلف في خلال 7 - 10 ايام عمل والى الان كملت ثلاثة اسابيع ولاحياة لمن تنادي ارسلت لهم ايميلات ما يردوا ماذا نعمل ياليت اللي عنده طريقة ينورنا
I made a reservation and took the amount after so they sent the tickets. I sent them an email. They replied after how many days that there was a problem with the system at the time of the reservation, which led to the failure of the operation. The envelope will be returned within 7-10 working days. Respond what we do, who has a way to enlighten us

This is totally waste of time I need the money to pay for another flight ticket and flight ticket have increased because it took them 7 days to reply.

I'm still waiting for the refund of the payment it's been 18 days.

This is an update they have refund me the money after 21 days but I will never buy from WEGO again because since then they havent even reply to my email that show no concern. To all who read this pay extra better than going through this experience.

Swingi is a big scam, they take your money and dont give you anything for it! Dont fall for these con artists.... I found out I had no tickets while I was checking in. Bags were packed...... I am still gutted

Fruad - took my money away!
I booked through wego and their website directed me to Swingi... I blame wego for partnering with such fraud company.

I am going to open a case against both the companies

Unfortunately they cheated me also wego is introducing swingi they are providing fack ticket after detecting the money later that old ticket will be provided after one week then they told 7 to 21 days will take to refund your money now they are not responding... website also closed ...they are fully cheated too many persons in the name of air booking.

RIDICULOUS ON WHAT JUST HAPPENED! Tried doing the checkin but the airline was not accepting because the tickets were fake!

i used wego/swingi. Money is deducted & i got an email with itinerary details saying that this isn't your e ticket however you will receive one in next 24 hours. Then an email comes after few days from paytab saying that money refund is processed.
i was completely shocked!!!
Swigni replied to my email that system was down hence booking got canceled however i will receive my refund in 7-21 business days!
So i'd to buy a new expensive ticket separately as flight date got neared.
Now only God knows when or how will i get my refund!
