It was a pleasure to deal with this company. They helped me to find a retailer with whom I can save quite a lot. Great customer service.

Really happy with Switchify! They made switching my electricity, gas and internet so easy and saved me the hassle of comparing everything myself. Quick, easy and great service. Would definitely recommend!

The caller used simple terms which I totally understood, waited with me while I completed the forms and answered some silly questions without laughing. He was polite, respectful and has saved me money as well!

He was friendly & patient in explaining everything & helping with the forms , made the transition easy.

Very good service

I got a good price - I spoke to Allie. She listenend to me patiently - She was very polite - made me feel important and made me feel as if she really was interested in listenning to what I had to say and what my concerns were - She made me feel as I was speaking to someone who sincerely cared about my financial situation - being a pensioner this attitude of Allie meant a lot to me

It was good experience with team and the transition was smooth.

They were a great help and helped me save a fair bit on my future electricity and gas bills which is awesome

The guy helped me get a better deal and understand that I was in a time pressure and got it dome quickly

From the initial call - I thought it was a scam!
It was NOT!
Zinnia ran me through all of the conditions and rates, then guided me through the website, she never asked for financial details and was clear , concise & very professional.
Obviously the staff are trained well and are focused on good old fashioned customer service and making the whole experience pleasurable.
Thank you ❤️👍🏻

Great help finding the best provider. Easy to speak too. Answered all the questions I had about changing providers.

Eric was very smart and easy to deal with. He was very detailed so it took a while but will be worth it for the savings. If only Eric can manage my mortgage rates, council rate notices and water rates life would be a dream.
