We have had an outstanding experience with the Switching Group, who manage the energy procurement for our large residential site.

During an incredibly turbulent period in the energy markets, their expertise and guidance were invaluable. They took the time to clearly explain our options, helped us navigate the volatility with confidence, and ultimately secured excellent gas and electricity contracts for our development — saving us many thousands of pounds in the process.

It is noteworthy how they stepped in to help us recover from a previous contract arranged by another broker, which was costing us many times more than what we are paying now. Their diligence, market knowledge, and proactive approach completely turned the situation around.

Switching Group are very friendly and at the same time professional, transparent, responsive, and genuinely act in their clients’ best interests. Managing utilities for a large residential site is no small task, but the Switching Group have made it seamless.

I have been with this company for almost 20 years then in May switched to British Gas Lite from Pozitive Energy and started to have problems because PE gave BGL the wrong reading. Mark at Switching Group has then spent the last 7 months going back and forth trying to get things sorted. To everyone but PE the error was obvious. Mark Finally managed to get things sorted at the beginning of this month. Without his relentless work I still think I would be fighting at best, at worst it would have cost me almost £2000. Thank you SO much Mark and anyone that helped!!!!!

I was recommended to Mark a couple of years ago due to difficulties with our then supplier. He really worked hard to sort many things out for us and has always been transparent each time our renewal was up since then. I'll whatsapp him knowing he'll sort it out and he always comes through for us.

We highly reccomend these guys.
We had had a very bad time with our old suppliers who were making it very difficult to leave duento constant wrong bills etc.
Once we had spoken to The Switching Group they took it upon themselves to get it sorted and got us moved over to a new supplier and also better rates.
We no longer feel on our if problems with the supplier did occur.

The guys at Switching Group are brilliant! Any issues I have they can sort and take away all the stress. As a gym owner I have had multiple issues with energy providers. I’ll always ask Matt and Mark and they get the issues resolved straight away. I wouldn’t go anywhere else tbh. 100 per cent recommend to anyone.
