I’ve just spoken to the card machine provider to find out the company director is blacklisted from working with all major company’s for scamming customers ! Apparently he’s been doing this for years and found out he constantly creates new businesses to do this and I’ve looked for myself on company house ! Do not do business with Jack Ryan originally from
Hartlepool I believe . Has took my own time and money to get this resolved , Beware.

Had someone come round to my work to so say save me money on my card payment and waste.
After signing the contract with take payments they then said we are not dealing with them anymore so please sign another contract with worldpay. After 2 months of paying for 3 card machines and chasing everyone at switch my business to sort this out I finally had to take time off work to ring company's direct and get all my contacts ended without any more charges.
The waste was the same bun dropped of and left full for over a month.
If your thinking of using switch my business don't as they will leave you in a state of paying more money and not sorting anything

Take on employees get them to work for a month, don’t pay them and then take on new employees and do the same!!! HMRC are aware of what’s going on!!!!

This company is a joke, they do not pay their staff! They also use Google maps to harass businesses and have no regard for people who are on the telephone preference register. They are poaching staff from Takepayments, then not paying them. Stay away from this unprofessional, joke of a company!

I have been using switch my business for many years re the business energy deal. Normally one of the team member would contact me about 2 months before the contract terminated and look for another deal. Last year it was done by James Bainbrigge for a 1 year deal. This year I have not heard from anyone and therefore started to contact James by email and also leaving messages on his phone. After many unsuccessful attempts, I called the 0800 and 0808 numbers. I have done so more than a dozen times. Each time I was left on hold for up to ten minutes and then got cut off. I also email to sales team and received no response. In desperation I contacted customer service team twice by email, received the acknowledgment email and nothing further. My contract is running out this Saturday and therefore at the beginning of this week, I sent in a quotation. No one has contacted me to date. I cannot do anything more than what I have done. What a shamble!!!

After multiple emails to request I NOT be switched as I'd moved they switched me anyway refuse to answer their phones and have an email response time of 7 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After Scottish Power changed our business rates half way through the contract we were in set up by Switch My Business, we spoke to Natalja and she helped us sort this issue.
Unfortunately, Scottish Power wouldn't play ball and were not agreeing to let us out the contract. Natalja worked extremely hard to sort this out for us and even put a claim in with them for the out of contract rates they put us on as one advisor at Scottish Power said they would refund the difference then another said they would not, along with plenty of other issues and broken promises along the way.
It was a long and pretty painful process but Natalja did not give up and we have won the claim against Scottish Power.
Very happy with the service Natalja provided.

I usually hate dealing with Utility companies. Using SMB really took the pain out of it both when setting up my accounts in the first place and then getting great deals at renewal time. It was so good that a company representative,Mark Weeks, whom I talked to explained the tariff and looked at my MPAN no, that I do not need a business tariff. Our business is in student rental, and he explained it fell into domestic usage anyway. That really helped us saved money. esp on 5% VAT instead of 20%.
Another company I talked to a day before was so pushy. He explained that he only takes cut from supplier - this is no the case. Only Switch My Company is the only one who has the right. It is an honest company, there isn't many around now. Thank you Mark!
