Buyer beware! My mistake was not reading reviews and also thinking I was ordering 4 full plants as shown in the pictures. I got 4 sprigs and that's not nearly enough to make a full floral basket. Very disappointed to say the least. $60 for 4 springs! Lesson learned... never buy from this company!

What they show is a lush full hanging basket of silk flowers ready to hang and admire. What we got was one stem of flowers that are not even as nice as what I could get at Dollar Tree. We ordered 3 "Hanging
Baskets" for a total of around $60. What we got was worth $5.00 if that. After reading the reviews, (which I should have done before ordering) we,re not even going to ask for a refund, since it seems that their customer service is pretty much non-existent. Our own fault. Buyer beware.

I thought a nice, full petunia plant, and all I got was a stick with 6 flowers on it. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE.

If I could give no stars I would! I am very upset because they set me a flower stem not the original hanging plant. Now I’m waiting for a refund see how long I have to wait?? I wish something can be done about these scams I wish I could send you a picture of the stem I received

This company is a complete scam. I wish I would have looked up the name before I ordered. They chumped me for $40.00. I was suppose to get a beautiful hanging basket of flowers in a pot. Instead I received something that a store like Holly Hobby, Michaels, even the now defunct K-mart wouldn't sell. I received 2 little sticks of fake flowers that I would put in a free box at a garage sale. I purchased this through Pay-Pal. I hope they can do something for me. If I could give this rating NO STARS I would. If you were equipped so I could send a photo, I would.

I ordered a large basket of peonies, it took a long time to get here and when it did, all I got was one stem. I paid $22.98 for one stem??? I could have gotten a better looking flower at the dollar store for $1.25. This is a scam and I hope someone does something about this. I am disgusted that they are getting away with this!

What a scam. I thought I bought a full boston fern. I got one stem which was more expensive than dollar store they should be banished from advertising. Shame on them.

This company's products do not match their online videos. Ordered large hanging basket of artificial flowers for$15.99 plus paid $9.99 for quicker delivery. By day six I reached out to the company for shipping update. Was referred by a link in their return email to check delivery details. This site was full of pop-up ads, and no definitive shipping info at all. On day 10 a package was delivered, by some shipping company I've never heard of. The package was approximately the size of a carton of cigarettes, with one sprig of cheap plastic flowers, like you might find at a dollar store. I immediately contacted my bank to have them claw back the payment from my credit card.

There should be a ZERO STAR option. Thought I bought a hanging basket of purple flowers. What I got was about 50 cents worth of one stem of flowers. Last time I buy cheap China shit online without checking here for reviews!

I ordered a basket of yellow hanging flowers, I was charged $33.98 for 2 plus $6.99 for shipping n all I got was 2 stems that I could purchase at the Dollar Tree store. I sent them a message for a refund, was told to send pictures of what I received n yet they came saying the pictures did not fully captured the actual scale n density of the arrangement. There was no arrangement but 2 stems. I'm reporting this to the BBB, I HOPE SOMEONE CAN HELP ME N TELL ME WHAT I CAN DO. THANK U.

I ordered two hanging flower baskets. What I got was two sticks with some flowers. Don’t buy from this company.

I bought the violet bouquet. It was pretty, but after a wind storm half of the flowers blew away. It's not worth the price.

I ordered the window bird feeder back in December and just got around to trying to assemble it. Don't bother purchasing because this is a piece of garbage, a waste of resources and there are probably thousands of them now resting in landfills across the globe. It is nothing like what is advertised. The cheap plastic “window” is cloudy even with the protective film removed, and more importantly, this thing is IMPOSSIBLE to assemble! Every time I got one piece inserted (the bottom), the top piece slips out. If I do manage to get both inserted, then the sides bow and so the side pieces are impossible to insert. That’s as far as I got after many, many tries to insert everything in the order instructed.

What these inserts SHOULD HAVE are longer TABS that would be bent back after insertion to secure them in place; not just a very thin and narrow piece that barely fits in another piece. And the mathematics are all off because of the way the sides BOW OUT when the top and the bottom have been placed, making it impossible to add the side pieces. I’ve truly NEVER SEEN SUCH A POORLY DESIGNED, CHEAPLY MADE PRODUCT. What a shame. I was so excited about it when I ordered it.

Obvious from the ratings, this company has serious issues. Stay away.

I wrote them asking for a refund of my hard-earned money and they declined, citing out of warranty. What warranty? I doubt there even was one. I threw my money away.

Product looks great online but is cheap junk, its that simple! I purchased the window bird feeder for my wife and was too embarrassed to even give it to her! Don't waste your time. I would have paid a little more for a quality product but this isn't the one you're looking for!!

Ordered the Clear Window Tray Birdfeeder. Looked nothing like the nice wooden one on the website. Made from thin balsa wood, IMPOSSIBLE to assemble! Sylaza will not give me a return. They got me! I wish I had seen Trustpilot first!

Do not throw your money away. This product came to me broken, which is not surprising considering the cheap materials it was made from. I sent pictures of the broken item to customer service. They proceeded to tell me that it was not broken and I should go ahead and assemble it. I found this comment insulting to say the least. As of date they have not offered to compensate me in any way.

Essentially the same thing happened to me. Bought two bird window feeders that were supposed to look finished, got a unfinished product that looks 1000% different than what advertised. Unwilling to return, offered via what appears to be their automated response 15-30%. Disputing with my credit card, as this is not only a scam, false advertisement, and quality issue.
