Not a pleasant experience with a customer service. Initially all went well until I returned the order as it didn't fit. Firstly, I needed to pay for sending the package back to Albania, and then I was returned less money than I initially paid. After raising this with them, I was given an apology and promise that the issue will be resolved. Sadly, after many reminders and emails from my side, I only received silence. I would not recommend to anyone! Risky business.

Some of the photos of the dresses didn't show the back of the dress, so if the back is too open it will have to be returned.
Also, it has been almost 2 weeks & have not received a shipping notification or the package.

Website is easy to navigate through. The prices are better the other websites and there was a 10% discount offer.

By mistake my shipment adress has a wrong adress and I could not find a way to fix it. But I sent a email so it could be corrected i hope it can be done

Transparency of the charges, lots of choices - styles, colors, size chart clearly detailed but not the length especially the long gown. Hope to receive it on time as stated in the after purchase notation.

Overall I think your website offered a great detail on the size chart colors and date of delivery was very important because my sister and I are traveling to my first nieces wedding in West Palm Beach she lives in PR and I'm in New York. Wedding is on May 10th it's crucial I receive the dresses on time and that they fit. This is my first time ordering from your company. Also the colors for her wedding are gray and silver so it was perfect for us both
