I have just joined Synergy after spending months on the other side of it all, requiring staff members to cover work that is uncovered. On that side of things, I found Jamie extremely helpful in trying to find workers when needed and Cameron going as far as offering more to absolutely ensure the shifts outstanding are covered. They have always gone out of there way to get workers up and running as quickly as possible.

On working shifts for the company, I have found the whole joining process so easy, no pressure, easy set up, questions answered when needed, really good communication skills from both Jamie and Cameron. Mileage paid from home and weekly pay. I am really happy with how it is going so far, even if I have only done one day. The sling app to apply for shifts is very simple and easy to use. If you need work, there is always work to pick up and there is no pressure to take work on. It is understood that family life is important from both Cameron and Jamie. I am very happy at this moment in time with the way things are run and look forward to picking up when I can to help.

I worked with synergy as an school agency and they got me a position with a local nursery which I have absolutely adored. They have supported me all through and did all they could to help ..

I couldn’t work for a better company, I’ve been in the care sector 6 years now and I’ve been contracted to homes, hospitals and have been on agency, I have only been with this company 4 months and I’ve seen a dramatic change in my mental health the last 4 months, support is always given when needed, very understanding management, questions always answered, never had a problem with pay and the pay is amazing, I am always able to get shifts, and very flexible around child care. I honestly can not thank Cameron and Jamie enough for everything in the time I have been working for them, I would recommend this company to absolutely anyone looking for a health care role.

Jamie is really helpful, quick to respond and has a great work ethic and a personable manner. Extremely effective and supported our company with all our requests. Fab team!

Cameron and Jamie are brilliant, always quick to get back to you and care about their staff. Pay rates are amazing and weekly pay is always a bonus! 100% recommend synergy!

Really good company to work for. Jamie and Cameron are easy to get a hold off and are friendly and approachable. Never short of work and if I find I am short then they’re always on hand trying to find me more hours for the week. Can’t fault them and the pays good which always helps!

Been working for syngery since march, amazing company to work for, both Cameron and Jamie are brilliant managers very approachable and caring aswell as professional towards staff and there situations. Always providing work and doesn't pressure and understand if you are unavailable. Cant no fault this company enough and is thoroughly enjoying working for this company.

Synergy Carer's Ltd are a great company to work for, the management are very helpful and knowledgeable, and you can approach them with any issues they with try their best to solve them, the other carer's who I've worked within Synergy are a great bunch too, the work is flexible to suit my needs and the pay ain't too bad either 😉🤣

I've worked for Synergy since January and can quite honestly say I have no concerns at all, both Cameron and Jamie are very professional and caring towards the staff and are always just a phone call away if needed, which may I add is better than some companies I've worked for, alongside their professionalism is also their fun side and you can come off the phone with aching sides, so all in all a great company to work for.

Jamie and Cameron are always on hand if you need them and both are really easy going.
You're never short of hours but you're not pressured to work them if you don't want to.
