Nurses and receptionist were so lovely towards me and very knowledgeable from answering my questions, dentist was so clear and advised me on what I needed to know, now recommending this practice to my friends as I couldn’t of had a better experience.

Friendly staff , ease of appointment and treatment done with care

I asked about the process of teeth whitening with Bilal and went with the Prestige kit. I asked what if you need more. And he said you can get as much as you need. Then after a year or so. You can buy top ups.

I used the three syringes in a couple of weeks. Not skimping as I was assured I could get more.
After speaking with reception - they were rude and said it doesn’t work like that. Despite my partner getting the same only a month prior!

I was then promised two lots of whitening gels would be available to collect. After driving 40 mins to get them, they werent available. A single substitute was given.
As a family that has spent £1000’s with Synergy. It feels like no one cares once you leave!

Had a great experience with Isra and Rakesh after some not so great experiences around fillings in the last couple of years. Both very pleasant and patient and made me feel at ease

Went for an emergency root canal today. The dentist was fantastic. He made a terrifying experience manageable and put me at ease. He was friendly and spent time explaining everything to me. Very impressed.

Terrible service from start to finish in a dirty back street butchers left with terrible teeth and permanent pain for the rest of my life, wish i'd never heard of them.

Two years ago I went to Synergy Bury to have my front veneer replaced. From the start my experience was the worst. The 1st dentist filed down my original tooth, he caused such a mess off my mouth just doing the prep work he left my gums and lips black and swollen. I took pictures and shared and he advised I must have just had lip filler done. Which was certainly not the case. On my return he fitted my veneer, which didnt match my teeth and stuck out. It kept falling off too. I then complained and saw the head dentist. He replaced my veneer which was an improvement, but still wrong colour, this time too white and still wrong shape. The veneer kept falling out every few weeks to which i was charged everytime. This weakened the veneer next to. When this came out I returned and saw a female dentist who put it back twisted and then chipped a massive amount out. I spent a fortune with synergy who left my teeth in an appalling mess. I also started getting excessive bledding. I have now gone to another dentist who identified that they has left a ledge between my tooth and veneer which has caused gum disese and bone loss. I am now having to spend aother fortune with another dentist to fix their mess and neglect. I am appalled with their service and I would recommend all giving them a wide birth, if you value your teeth.

I had a fantastic Invisalign experience with Dr. Kashif at Synergy Dental Bury. He was always professional, reassuring, and explained every step clearly. His attention to detail is unmatched and the whole process was super smooth, and I’m genuinely thrilled with my results so far! Highly recommend Dr. Kashif and the Bury Synergy Dental team!

Rude dismissive uncaring cold almost psychotic attitude towards me. They have no sympathy or compassion towards what the patient is going through and I'm dreading the procedure. Sickos.

Don't care about anything but money. Don't treat patients with care or concern. Heaven forbid you don't do the treatment they suggest.

He has been nothing but professional and helpful all the way though my treatment too make sure I get the perfect smile
He is always so good at relaying information to make sure your never in the dark about anything and it has been a pleasure getting too see his hard work pay off

Misleading CBCT pricing – essential information disclosed only after enquiry.
I contacted this clinic to book a Dental CBCT / CT scan based on the price advertised on their website (£90–£99).
After making a direct enquiry, I was informed that this price does not include access to the scan files, and that receiving the DICOM files (which are essential for any treatment planning) increases the total cost to £250 per person.
This critical information is not clearly stated on the main service page, which makes the advertised price misleading for patients. A diagnostic scan has no practical value if the patient cannot access or use the results, and a reasonable consumer would expect the advertised price to reflect a usable medical output, not an incomplete service.
While the staff were polite and responsive, the pricing structure lacks transparency and only becomes clear after direct contact. In my view, all material conditions — especially exclusions and additional fees — should be clearly disclosed upfront so patients can make an informed decision.
I am sharing this review to help other patients understand exactly what to expect and to encourage clearer, more transparent communication.

Had my consultation and first appointment and for someone who is petrified of the dentist I actually cannot wait to back and get my forever smile finished!! My dentist he is so gentle and patient his assistant is just as lovely! ☺️

I’ve been at the dentist on Thurston Road all my life and since it has changed hands to synergy I’ve had less than good experiences. My appointments are rarely on time. In the 38 years of going to a dentist I’ve needed one filling and wisdom teeth removed, after an appointment with synergy it was stated I needed 4 fillings in one go. It was recommended that these should be done privately at £200 a filling. I may be cynical but this didn’t seem right to me.
A referral was put through for my daughter 2 years ago we’re still waiting… when asked about it I get told I need to ring the hospital to chase it up or we could do something through the private sector.
Every conversation seems to end with the phrase ‘we could do privately’.

I have now left the dentist as I cannot be bothered with the money grabbing culture of it all.

Oh and Sylvia is no longer there.

After a few months of healing following my Implant surgery I now have my new permanent teeth and I couldn't be happier. I feel very lucky to have found Synergy and my Dentist Karim as now my teeth look so natural and nice.
