The company is not trustworthy. I was charged twice on the same invoice. Was told I couldn't cancell because orders are processed immediately. I cannot attest to whether it works or not. I don't trust the companies business procatices. I definitely will not take the product. Who knows what will happen to me. I'm out over $400+. I had to give it at least one star to leave a comment. They are a zero star company. Lesson learned.

I bought Synocell for my husband. It has worked remarkably well for him. It is great to see him pain free and not having to get a harmful cortisone shot.

Terrible customer service - by email only - they automatically sign you up for ongoing purchases and so far I have not been able to confirm with them that I do not want additional orders.

Just don't do it - they are taking advantage of those of us who suffer ongoing, chronic, debilitating pain.

Take negitive reviews seriously because for some reason a lot of companies do not. They should. I will not get into The Orthopedic science/ discipline because I will end up saying not so nice things about it. This product was supposedly developed by an Orthopedic doctor and I will give the beneifit of the doubt (not a Madson Ave.,NY creation) that it was the former?
Folks, seriously do not EVEN WASTE your money and your time on this product. The MSM in the product? Yes. good; Hyaluronic acid? Yes. Good. Quercetin? Yes. Excellent, although it shoud be taken with vitamin 'C' and Bromelain. If you are a true believer in this product and it is working for you, Fabulous! I would tell you that it is cheaper to buy these products separately but over all, I find this particular supplement does very, very little for what they promote it to do.

I don’t know why all the bad reviews on here. I have taken this product for 6 months and it works as promised. I don’t know why a good product has to resort to “got ya statements” or “clickbait stuff” but I know that this product works very well for me. There’s another product that I did a lot of research on and it’s one of the best products out there of its kind. Leaf Filter for your gutters. But their sales MO is crooked. I ended up buying but at a third of the price. I’m very happy with the product despite their method of sales. Go figure!

Save your money people, did absolutely nothing for me. Granted I am passed stage 4 osteoarthritis in hips, but based on the presentation gave me some hope.

I checked reviews, they seemed good and legit. Then I watched another show for the same supplement just now. Please just be careful, I have a table full of supposed natural " that treat the root cause" junk that does nothing...

The government must pf changed some ad laws that now allow advertisers to completely lie. God Bless

Product gives no results and the return policy is terrible. They tell you it will take several weeks to get results but will only give the guarantee on 1 month.

I ordered 15 bottles of Synocell (also known as Konscious LLC) earlier this year for the special price of $495. The marketing was pretty impressive. The web site states:
"you’ll have 90 days to experience the pain-soothing effects of SynoCell.
And if by the end of the 90 days, your back is STILL not strong enough to lift heavy stuff without hurting…
…or if you don’t pick back up your hobbies (hunting, gardening, golf)...
Then send 1 email to our customer service center and we'll refund every single penny - no questions asked! "
I tried it for 60 days, with no results. When I emailed them, they not only didn't offer the refund advertised, but stated the refund policy only covers one bottle and any unopened bottles, AND a 10% handling fee! Additionally, if you try it for 91 days, you get NO refund.
Long story short, I spent $495, and after 60 days of no relief, received a refund of $419.40. Please do yourself a favor, and try something else for your joint pain.

FYI - Synocell posted shortly after this original review that they would refund the difference, but they never did.

WORST COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH!!!!!!!!! I understand that the product itself may not work for everyone. Im ok with that. But when I tried to get a refund it is THE WORST RUNAROUND POSSIBLE. It's all email instead of a phone number to talk to a real person. After you send your email it may take ten days for them to respond. I had to badger them for THREE MONTHS to get a refund for my unopened bottles. Then they took out $40 for the postage for the initial sending of product. The package only costed around $6 to send. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. AND FOR ME, THE PRODUCT DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Don't trust a Co that sends you through a 45min video Spiel then gives you a 'count down' timer to buy a pckg at "special savings only at A 1 time opportunity"... ??!

If I could give negative stars I would. Purchased 3 bottles of Synocell for my husband. THEY ARE USELESS. My husband took 1 bottle, hoping to feel better and feel the benefits Synocell claims to provide. After one bottle, there was no change, no benefit at all. Might as well have been eating Fruit Loops. The other two bottles went to the trash. I should kick myself for trying this product. I don't have money to throw away but these fake product producers think you do. BUYER BEWARE. SERIOUSLY.

Product giving no result after 2 months of usage. I've reached out for full return and return labels on July 16th, 2025 and today in July 23rd 2025 still nothing but an automated email. Worst customer service ever. I reached out ahead of time to be sure to be within 90 day money back guarantee time frame, but due to their LACK OF COMMUNICATION...time is running out! I am extremely disappointed with this company. Its not ok to take advantage of senior citizens.

This product doesn't work at all...I finished 5 bottles already but never go away the pain not even a little bit !! When I used the second bottles I chat the customer service ...the insist to try more and they will refund but nothing heard from them til now or just even msge to follow up!! I still taking the rest of the bottles not because it help ...it because to expensive I have 3 more bottles to finish...I paid almost $500!!! So frustrated!! They said easy to refund if doesn't work but nothing!!!

I'm reviewing customer service, not the product. The company did send me a refund for the 3 bottles I purchased and then subsequently returned without opening them. Their communication could see improvement by responding within a few days compared to a week. I didnt try the product so I can't review if it works or not.

This company is a scam, do not waste your money! I purchased 6 bottles to “save” since they offered a 100% guarantee. They know it takes 2 to 3 months for your body to fully adjust and see results (which is why they offer a 100% guarantee). My husband and I both took this product as directed for 2 months with no results so I decided to return the 2 unopened bottles and ask for the full refund which was guaranteed. The customer service response tried offering me a discounted refund to which declined 4 times demanding 100% refund as guaranteed. This has been going on since April! The last response from them stated they “confirmed” the refund was processed May12th and gave me a bogus confirmation number to check with my bank. It is June 28th and they still have not refunded even the 2 unopened bottles they confirmed they received. Buyer beware and do not expect a refund when it doesn’t work. Unfortunately I didn’t research the product to see all the negative reviews because of course they only list 48 reviews on their website with 4.8 to 5 stars.

Not only doesn't SynoCell work, their return policy is bullshit. DON'T BUY IT!

I wish I read "REAL" review --- Product did nothing...Money back guarantee is a joke. Emailed within 60 days, however, they say you have to email within 30 days to request for 90% refund... purchased 6 month usage...had to jump through hoops to get a partial return....SCAM, SCAM...Stay away!

Does not work for me. Can not return product by calling. Have to email. Waiting to hear from them. Hard to reach, unless you are purchasing. I do not recommend, as customer service is ridiculously awful.

I watched what he said was 30 seconds and it went to almost 30 minutes. And for some reason the last few minutes I wanted to see stopped. Another story from something else came up. I was like, what happened? I couldn't fast forward if I tried to watch him again. So I was a little interested and exciting because if I could see my knees back to their young old self, let's do it. But I looked him up to make sure this was legit and it shows where he and the phone #. I called that number and he wasn't there. I asked if she get calls for him and she said yes. I asked if she knew of his products and she said yes but she couldn't talk about it. It must happen to her every day. Frustrating.
